Primero te cobran por adelantado, por si te quieres ir, después de una larga espera, ellos ya cobraron!!! Las recepcionistas, no son nada amables, ya saben lo que te van a preguntar y ni esperán a que uno les de una respuesta. Y ni que decir de la larga espera, no entiendo porque si no tienen suficiente personal medico, para que resiven tantos pacientes? Para mi gusto, es perder todo el día, y muy mala atención! !!!

Servicio impecable con personal altamente calificado. Cada vez que voy con alguna molestia voy confiado y seguro que me van a tratar con la experiencia y gran calor humano. Definitivamente es de lo mejor en Indiana. Doctores bilingües e instalaciones agradables. El Spa es asombroso. Su servicio de dental es excelente. La última vez que fui encontré los medicamentos en su farmacia. RECOMENDADO.

He ido 4 veces y me ha atendido el Doctor López. Su conocimiento y su experiencia me dan la seguridad y tranquilidad que necesito. Utiliza aparatos de última tecnología y el trato que me dan los empleados es agradable. La sala de rayos X se ve impecable, el Spa me da relajación y mi vecina me dijo que en las mañanas hacen aeróbicos y zumba. Definitivamente un lugar 5 estrellas!

Dr. Lopez has a lot of experience and his Doctor staff are amazing they make you feel at home and explain to you exactly what they are going to be doing to help you get better. The only downsides to Alivio Medical Center are the Receptionists at the front the last three times that I have been there they were really rude to me and others by giving us attitudes and they give you false information. The other downside is that you have to wait for a long time. The only reason I kept going there is because of the Doctors but due to the treatment that I received from the receptionists I have decided to look for services elsewhere.

Mala atención por algúnos doctores no todos pero algunos la verdad es k no vuelvo a ir ay aparte de k se tardan mucho no atienden le dices k tienes un dolor y solo kieren k t hagas un análisis de sangre k para dentro de días estará entonces mientras k m chinge con el dolor no se las recomiendo

Este lugar no sirve, cada ves que iva me davan medecina diferente y nunca pudieron entrar que tenia. Al punto que la ultima ves termime en emergencias gente tenga cuidado con este lugar ellos no saven lo que estan haciendo.

This medical center is fantastic, Dr. Lopez is a top class neurologist and I cant believe I can call him my personal doctor. The place is VERY affordable and the service is great. They make you feel like family from the front desk to the pharmacy. The pharmacy has free delivery and they take the time to talk about your medications and explain every detail. They also have all the services you need under one roof and you dont even need to make appointments.

I love this place. They make you feel like if your at home. There very attentive and extremely helpful. Dr Lopez has lots of experience and is awesome at diagnosing. Its an all in one place. Super equipped. Very clean and modern. Once your here the 1st time you will never want to visit another clinic 5 stars on Google and 5 stars in my own personal book. Gracias Clinica Alivio.
