The most ridiculous medical staff that I have ever seen. My mother was diagnosed with a UTI...3 days ago. They still have not called in an antibiotic. Just got off the phone with the "Triage" nurse.. she could not tell me when the prescription would be called in. When I asked about the prescription, her response was "It is sitting on the Drs desk, and he is out". Unbelievable.

A nightmare. I have been going here my whole life and man has it changed. Rude people, disorganized, with no reguard for your health. The docs and nurses are fine for the most part, but the running of this business can only be described as horrible. When your dealing with peoples health you should have more concern and they just dont.

All fun and games until the nurse practitioner tells you she wont continue giving you your prescription unless you "Spend time with her away from the office" I couldnt believe it, and when I refused she refused to give me my prescriptions, I am at a total loss for words right now, my mind is just blown.

Im a long-time patient, and you wont find better doctors...they are fantastic (especially Dr. Mattingly), and the staff is much better than it used to be.
