Ive been sick for a week cold to bronchitis and went to Immediate Care instead of my doctor for IMMEDIATE CARE. Wasnt given antibiotics or steriods just an inhaler and cough medicine. When i went to make an appt for a second opinion from my doctor of 5years was refused to be seen by Dr. Richard Aina and his extremely rude nurse "Q". Petty and spiteful because I spent my money somewhere else first. And then had the nerve to call back and tell me hed "squeeze" me in on Monday. I spent today filing a complaint and changing doctors

I cant make an appointment. The hold time is way to long. Last time, I sat on hold while driving there to make an in person appointment. I showed them that I was still on hold when I got there. It had been 42 minutes and no one in the office was on the phone. Ridiculous. They also forgot about me in the waiting room once.
