I woke up Saturday morning with a stuffy nose & horrendous cough. I have never been to Urgent Care before & going in for cold symptoms is not something I would normally do but I could not go more than a minute without having a violent coughing fit and there was no way I was going to be able to make it through the weekend until my primary care physician was open. While the service was fast [I was in & out in less than a half hour] & the medicine prescribed has subdued my cough; the people themselves were not very friendly. I was interrupted more than once by the receptionist; the nurse that registered me & the doctor that saw me when I was trying to explain why I had come in. All of them made sure to point out more than once that my symptoms had just started that day & they didnt know how I expected them to diagnosis me; despite me having attempted to explained to each & every one of them the only reason I had come in was for my cough & was looking for relief from that; that I understood my symptoms had just started & wasnt expecting a diagnosis & that I didnt think it was anything more than a cold. I was made to feel stupid, that I was being talked down to & that they simply were not listening to what I have to say. The only reason I would go back is due to the fact I was in & out so quick, the medicine they gave me has really helped & it is not a far drive from my home.

My fiancé brought our son in last night. Hes your typical shy 3 year old that doesnt talk to strangers. Doctor was checking him out, asking him questions. Of course he doesnt answer, he doesnt know you. Doctor says "dont know why he has a fever" and sends them on their way. Took him to his PCP today, found out exactly why he has a fever, he has the flu. Wont be taking any of my kids here again and definitely wont recommend this office for anyone that actually wants to figure out whats wrong with their children. (I cant give 0 stars or I would)

The first time I went here I was surprised at the friendly caring atmosphere. They were thorough and precise. I was treated like a person not a number. Last night I was faced with having to go to an urgent care and I happen to live in Fennville but decided to drive all the way to Holland just to go to their Urgent Care on Riley again. I was treated the very same way:) all their workers are very kind and friendly. I would recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone.

Went to this Urgent care with our 5 year old and 12 month old a few months ago because they both had bad coughs. They were extremely kind and the doctor we had was absolutely awesome, Dr. Brian Cote. Both our girls were properly diagnosed and taken care of. We even stopped in just before they were closing and it did not feel like we were a nuisance at all. Will definitely go here again if we need medical help.

Youll probably just see a PA not an actual Dr; avoid urgent care if you wish to see a MD or DO Companion facility in Zeeland near Zeeland Hospital usually empty also staffed with PA not MD or DO. Go to ER if true emergency else make an appointment with your primary care physician instead of this place. Else do like Holland locals do and drive to GR

The staff were efficient and caring. The doctor was significantly better than we have encountered at other urgent care facilities. The building was clean, and modern. What a wonderful experience despite the bummer of being sick on vacation!

The one in zeeland seems to be decent, or just go to zeeland hospital to be sure to get decent care.

Did a good job packing wound. Dont even bother to ask for pain relief. They dont care.
