Never met this doctor before until he came to the hospital to meet our new son. Our OBGYN referred Dr. Leland to us along with another doctor. The other doctors office seemed too busy, kept putting us on hold and the staff was not friendly. We called Dr. Lelands office 2 weeks before our son was born and the staff was very nice and upbeat. Dr. Leland is caring, gentle, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He takes the time to get to know your family. I recommend Dr. Leland to anyone.

Extremely rude staff. I called and questioned a claim that was submitted and explained my reasoning. Marry told me I"obviously dont understand billing codes" and that I was "interrupting her" when I would ask any questions. Keep in mind this is after my insurance company questioned the claim as well and informed me I should call them. I do not expect a phone call back from the office as she seemed like she could care less. I feel I will have to pay a visit personally to resolve the matter.

Rude, uneducated front office staff. Refused to see my son until he got insurance, just told us to go to the ER for what we thought was a little bug bite. And in the time it took for us to find a new doctor my sons condition changed and made us miss subtle signs that our baby sitter was abusing and neglecting our son.

He was our sons Pedeatrician (SP) in the hospital. He has a great Bedside manner and a cheery attitiude. He answered all of our questions and took great care of our son
