My son was supposed to have his 4 years old shot and he did, they said he was good to go until his 5 years old, but then i moved to Louisiana and my son got sick , i took him to the new pediatrician here and i gave her his medical record and all the sadden she said that my son is missing 4 shots of his 4 years old, so i called dr shas office to make sure and they confirmed it, it was Deta 5th dose MWI 2nd dose IPV 4th dose and Varesella 2nd dose I was very frustrated with dr Shas performance , this is not something to joke or play about, i am very dissapointed and when i go back to Michigan i will never take my son back there.

Very professional and kowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions. Great at getting you in last minute. Dr. M Shah personally answers the phone if you call before or after hours which really shows he cares. He was my pediatrician as a child and now we bring our 2 boys there. The office staff are also very kind and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Always very professional. Able to fit me in last time when I made a scheduling mistake. Does not make you wait forever in the waiting room or patient room. Does not talk down to you. Front desk lady can seem a bit impersonal, but shes super busy, you can tell, and trying to hold it all together, so give her a break. Just a personal observation.

they always have an available walk in appointment when your child is sick. They are very attentive and listen and help you out with all your childrens concerns. They know how to talk to you without making you ask a whole lot questions to understand
