This was my first experience and can only say the wait was within 15-minutes. The entire staff are so courteous, patient, kind and personable. Dr. Swindler has a fantadtic disposition but is obvious he is very busy as are all his staff. He explained the upcoming procedure and the need to remove cataracts that comes with aging. Guess its official, Im getting old!
