Great environment, very quiet and I didnt feel rushed, nor was there a wait. Staff is very friendly, thorough, and speedy. Scheduling online is so convenient. And the doctor listened to my issues/questions and made clear suggestions even addressed my allergies affecting my eye health. I didnt feel like I was just another paying customer in her chair, but a patient she cared about. Best experience Ive ever had so far. And the lady at the front desk was very sweet, she laminated my insurance card and gave me clear pricing and even told me about a mail in rebate for my contacts order. I would recommend this hidden gem of a spot to any one in the downtown area, I walked just 2 blocks to get there :)

Was trying to purchase a year supply of contacts after my appointment. I attempted to gather a couple spares to last me until the shipment arrived, but the receptionist claims they did not have anymore in stock... which did not appear to be the truth whatsoever as Im sure there must be comparable contacts in stock.
