I have found this clinic to be caring and compassionate. I have always had a wonderful experience with the staff Dana, Becky and Deb. The clinicians are the best! Im sorry they lost Dr. Kristin, but my experience with Dr. Sarah and most recent Dr. Meredith was great. Dr.Meredith took the extra step to help investigate an issue with my mare and called me one week later. I am happy to follow-up with her. I highly recommend this clinic!

I never got a chance to take my pet there because the office manager, Megan, was so rude. I had to call back 3 or 4 times and got hung up on everytime. She was very rude and I had heard nice things about the Vet but unfortunately his staff is awful. I would not recommend taking your animal there if you have to deal with his office staff!

Very caring doctor and asst. Treatment is immediate and costs are low. treatments are explained and any questions answered. My cats were not traumatized after they got out of the crates they had never been in. The trip to the office was the worst part for them. They had never been in a crate or a car. thats scary for the first time.

The woman who answered the phone was awful. She mumbled when she answered and she didnt tell me who I was calling. I had no idea who she was and she was rude. I told her the problem I had with my dog and she told me to bandage her paw.. After this I told her I wanted my dog to see the vet so she told me a time and hung up.

Ive called every vet in or around the central Iowa area. None were as cheap and affordable as them. And they always had room to squeeze me in no matter their schedule. It also helps they have open walk ins on Saturday mornings. Yes the staff can be blunt and stubborn at times. But they mean well.

Great price. Friendly people. Very quick. I live in Des Moines and drove 25 mins to them.. a surgery that would have cost $850 here in Des Moines is now only $250 here at the Colfax Vet. Thanks you guys are the best
