I have been going here for at least 20 years. They have ALWAYS scheduled me and my pets in the same day I call usually within a half hour or so when I needed to for urgent care. I tried another vet years ago and I can tell you not all places will do that or they just refer you to the emergency clinics out of town. I have never felt pressured or over treated and they have always told me range of options and provided their best opinion on what treatment they would suggest usually this is the least expensive option. As with any business you occasionally run into someone you just dont connect or agree with and during the 20+ years I have been going there I can say that happened one time and they were not there the next time I went. They truly care about you and your family of pets.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now, but until recently we will never go back! My cat injured himself in out garage while hunting and we took him in because he was holding his paw up and wouldnt walk on it. They told us he was fine and his paw was not broken just swollen and charged us $200. A week later he still wasnt walking on it and was not his normal self. We went to a different vet and got an ex-ray and found out his paw was indeed broken in multiple places. If you love your pet dont take your pet to this hospital! These doctors need to go back to vet school and have their licenses pulled!

Ive been here a couple times with my dog. Seems to be a good vetnarian clinic, good vets. However, they seem to send my home with way more meds and drops and any thing else that they can make u feel like your pet needs than is necessary! On top of that, try and tell me how I should buy food from them as well. Its obvious that they make a commission on whatever the sell! My advice to you is to make sure that what ever theyre prescribing you is necessary, and not just a way for them to make extra commission.

Dr. Geske and her staff are amazing. They treat my dogs with such love and compassion. They are very thorough and spend a lot of time with you. She is so understanding and the dogs love her. I have a special needs dog, they can be very expensive. Dr. Geske always tries to help keep the costs down by rebates, coupons and discounts without compromising good care. It is so refreshing to go to the Vet and be treated so well! We love Dr. Geske and her staff!

Ive been taking my pets here for over 10 years. Of late, they seem more concerned with their profit margin and less about the health of their patients. Every visit, I feel some high pressure sales going on... everything from teeth cleaning (not really needed) and high pressure to purchase Heartworm preventive from them rather than a REPUTABLE and more economic online source. After 10 plus years, it is time for me to go to a different vet!

Ive been taking my cats here for years. Theyre always gentle with them. My little girl had kidney disease and her kidneys finally gave out and she had to be put to sleep this week. Everyone in the office was so kind and did whatever they could to make it easier. The vet was very gentle with her and respectful. They all helped make a terrible day more bearable.

Been there twice. Made an appointment for both times but I had to wait like an hour before they call me and my cat. Service is so so. They were supposed to remind/call me for my cats booster shot but never did. Good thing I remembered. Otherwise I would have to pay another fee for that vaccine again.

Since VCA took over this practice, the price increases have been incredibly high -- ranging from 33% up to 60%. They do an excellent job, but you can find equally good care in Bloomington for less money.
