My cat is 10 years old and was having some issues, we were very worried not only at what it might be but the expense. I called a few places and felt comfortable with Woodlake and it was nearby. Super friendly, non judgmental and very upfront about estimated cost. I was seen right away and the issue with my cat resolved and explained to me in plain English. They had a thing called the Paw Plan and it allows you to make a monthly installment for services that your cat would probably need over the period of a year. It wasnt insurance it was just a discounted package. They let me sign up on the spot and use it towards that days services, nice! Super easy, nice, willing to explain things, a great place to go. Honestly the only Vet office Ive felt comfortable with. Also the local in house cat Gus helped my cat calm down, funny.

I have three cats and have had positive experiences with taking all of them there. One of my cats is older and skittish and one of the other cats was stalking her, the vet recommended some things to help the older one feel more relaxed. I also had another vet try to charge me hundreds for unnecessary teeth cleaning. The vet at Woodlake gave me some suggestions to help with all the cats teeth and said the deep cleaning wasnt needed. I will definitely continue going here.

The Vet from House Call Service is from Woodlake. He cared for my old girl through the last years of her life as Cushings Disease progressed. After she passed, this vet took care of moving the 91lb dog, cremation services, and all with the most care and respect that could be given. In life and death, they were there for me and my dog. Reasonable - low prices, great partners for specialty tests and care. Great place. Will use this vet exclusively.
