I have to agree with the comments about how RUDE the staff is. They have offended me several times. Not only have they offended me, they have given me the wrong amount of medication and made me pay for their mistakes... Not only was that money out of my pocket, it was extra time on harsh steroids for my dog! Not even an apology! They are now currently holding my cats prescription medication food over my head. They refuse to give it to me unless my cat gets vaccinated at their clinic. Id agree it would be "examination" worthy.... IF it wasnt a lifelong issue and if they actually did anything at the examination. They dont do blood work, they dont take urine samples. My cat had pu surgery. This doesnt require a freaking examination to KNOW he needs to be on urinary formula for LIFE. Nor am I going to pay nearly 200 dollars for a single shot when I get ALL of them, and a wormer.. at vetco for 55 bucks.. Yeah. They also made my dog go through unnecessary testing for mange! They admitted after the fact that mange is incredibly hard to to test for. Yeah, after the fact. Guess what? He just had a basic food allergy. His food allergy started the same time most food allergies start in dogs. But they didnt tell me this... Nope.. Not until after they did that oh-so-necessary mange test. Yeah, Im done with this clinic. They were probably good 1+ years ago... I mean, from what I recall they won me over enough to have stayed there long enough to build a list of reasons in which Ive become disgusted with them since that day... But they have turned into self-righteous aholes. Sorry to say. Dishonest, self-righteous, money hungry, unprofessional, and RUDE. Oh, another story.. Last time I went in there I asked for heart worm medication, right? I asked for a prescription. They looked at me like I was challenged. Like they had no idea what a "prescription" for heart-worm meds was. LMAO... Why? Oh geez.. probably the kick back they get for selling it out of clinic, duh. I find it really hard to believe Im the only person whose ever asked. But, of course, they just bullied me until I gave in and bought it from them. I hope you read this, you guys.. And I hope you know, deep down, how freaking disgusting it is for you to take something like the love of ones pet and use it to exploit people. Not all of us have the disposable income. Me? I dont. Thats why I investigated the claims you made. You realize that you never once.. NOT ONCE actually took the time to evaluate my previous vets decision to put my cat on royal canin? Ive been going there for 3 years and not once have you tested my cat for urinary crystals or his urine at all (and I was getting year examinations). So wheres your excuse? Your version of an exam is petting him, opening his mouth, and ASKING ME ABOUT HIS HEALTH AND BEHAVIOR. Funny how I am oh so knowledgeable then? Right? Pft.. Another thing I learned? Most vets dont even offer royal canin any longer because its nutritionally CRAP. Heres a suggestion.. Get the heck off the money hungry train... and get back to learning about, and caring FOR animals.

My previous review is being retracted after I have gotten to know the racists doctors and staff. They deserve less than half a star. My son was misdiagnosed in which caused his death on July 19, 2016. Tangie was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea from his youth. I took my dog/son in May 25, 2016 due to Kennel cough that progressed into pneumonia the reason for his departure at the tender age of 3. The doctor half checked Tangie and stated this is from his trachea and prescribed medication. They informed me not to return to their facility for refills only call first, oh it gets more prejudice. I took Tangie back only to receive an X-Ray in which I was told they could not print off for me. Yet it was working just a few minutes ago and frankly all day for other patients but not for me. Tangie was neglected of crucial medical treatment and the day of his death, the doctor asked me after he died, "how long was he having this problem," excuse me? I had been informing the medical staff about Tangies decline yet it was ignored. I called after his passing and was hung up on so I called back. I mentioned that and the staff worker stated, "yeah well I was still trying to see how I can help you," seriously! When I finally received a phone call back I was shouted at, "what do you want!" After I told the staff worker or that decrepit doctor, her only concern was that I did not return back to their clinic if she gave me what I wanted. At first I should have saw the signs. They requested medical records, okay no harm for a grooming that is standard. For my next appointment for Tangies groom, he needed to see a doctor first. I could not understand it because he was just seen at the other clinic but I scheduled the appointment. That day I paid between 4 to 500.00 dollars for the visit. Now this place is clearly all about selling their products and money, I thought because he was up-to date with everything. With the constant visits I was told to wait, no need to come back here, and all I saw was white people at the pet place. The staff became increasingly rude as my precious Tangies health declined. And before your staff makes a statement on my review did you preform a necropsy to back up your findings/diagnosis. When I last brought my dying son to you he had a large amount of mucous coming from his mouth. I may be a people nurse but that very day I had pneumonia too. In addition, I have numerous degrees and canine care is similar to human health care. I regret taking my son Tangie to a Bigot establishment where his medical care was poor at best. His life was in your hands and sadly you let it slip away. Blinded by hatred and prejudice is no way to treat a registered service dog or any other animal in my opinion. "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you!"

This place is WONDERFUL. I had to take my pitbull cross mix in for an exam before we fly in a couple weeks, and the ENTIRE staff was lovely. Every single one of them was nice (I could even hear them "puppy talking" to her in the next room when I wasnt around her) and the doctor was fantastic with her. My dog is three and extremely nervous at the vet - when they went to trim her nails she ummm ... let loose her bowels out of fright and they werent able to continue. They were not in the slightest annoyed or rude, they just didnt continue because they were worried about her well being. If I wasnt moving I would make this my regular vet, but if you live in the area, I highly recommend it. Her exam and shot went exceedingly well, and they spoke to her, fed her treats, and petted her the whole time. Thank you so much to the people who were working!

The original vet we saw was very nice and very professional. My dog had to have surgery . I simply asked if they have payment plans. The doctor said no we cant be your bank. Then tried to say it was a misunderstanding. Regardless we were going to find the money to have it done. But then she insulted my by her comment. When I told her it was rude and unprofessional she said its true they cant be my bank and give me a loan!!!! I said all she had to say was no we dont do that or just give me options. Now I have to try to find another vet and my dog will suffer until I find one. All about the money. Yes they have good prices but this doctors bed side manner was abominable. Going to report to the BBB.
