Absolutely Love the staff at Mercy Occupational Health. They are extremely friendly and kind. My first trip to the clinic.....The new girl up front (Shelbie (I think)) was confused with my needs but was prompt in getting her supervisor (Amy) to assist me. The clinic seemed extremely busy however Amy took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and was very compassionate and understanding. When I came back for my actual appointment it was top of the line service from the time I entered to the time I left. It took awhile to get called back once I arrived but its a doctors office no surprise....however once I got back there it seemed to go smooth. The nurse Lizzy did everything she needed to do and the doctor came in shortly after she was done. Dr. Milani provided excellent care and really knew how to talk to me like a human and explain it to me in real terms what was going on. The only down fall is I would like to have this clinic see me for all my health concerns and they said that they are unable to be my primary clinic due to the nature of their clinic. but if Dr. Milani ever decides to go into family practice I will definitely follow him.

The clinic was very clean, the staff was ok, but the office girls didnt know what I was suppose to fill out on the forms to have records sent to my house so because of their lack of knowledge I had to make a second trip to resign the form and I live 1 hour 20 minutes round trip, NOT HAPPY! I was told by the doctor they would help me get the information from the company then when I wasnt getting any better from an allergic reaction I had from a Scent Air chemical I got sick from in a business, he sent me to a different doctor and no longer would fill out the information so we could make the company tell what chemicals were in it and I was told to just let the new doctor help me. Then the new doctor said the original doctor that diagnosed it should fill out the information. Long story short, I will never find out what chemicals were in the Vanilla wood Scent Air because neither doctor will put on a paper that they are requesting the ingredients! What a disappointment! Company doctors apparently care only about their companies!

Mercy Occupational Health is a nightmare. Its everything you hate about going to the doctor. The doctors are fine and competent. Its the staff thats the problem. From the moment you walk in every employee conveys an attitude that they dont want to be there and you being there is an annoyance as well. You arrive at your appointment time and are given a form to fill out. The pens all have things on them so you wont steal them. You notice on your form a time has been written in 20 minutes after your appointment time. You inquirer about this and are told “thats when youll see the doctor”. Everything in this office is guided by the “20 minute rule”. If you come back for test results, to speak with someone or any interaction with anyone, you are required to wait in the waiting room twenty minute. In no uncertain terms the staff makes it clear that you are there to serve them and not the other way around.

Have been very helpful and spent the required time to hear me out and help determine the best options.
