I was having a kidney stone attack. The pain was the worst i have ever experienced! They got me processed and to an er room very fast. Started me on pain medication, got a CT scan and diagnosis within 35 minutes. I was made comfortable and was home in about 4 hours. The PA and nursing staff were great! I hope to never see them again

Awesome Doctors awesome staff! I waited at the downtown ER with chest pain and shortness of breath for 2 and a half hours. Left came to the west location got called back within 10 minutes. Also the nurse was GREAT he explained everything to me including the "whys" and "how-tos".... Thanks for the excellent job Wayne!!

I delivered by second child at Methodist West and we had the best experience ever. We drive by it every now and then and joke that we should go back. :) Nurses and Doctors are amazing. The place is SO nice, its like staying in a super fancy hotel.

These nurses and and staff are amazing... Im passing a kidney stone and they let me lay down on the bed in the triage room, amazingly nice love it here
