Inadequate care. Somehow they missed that a stray cat I had taken in had mange, tapeworms, conjuctivitis, a severe ear infection and was incredibly anemic. When the cat didnt get any better I had a different vet look at her. I was subsequently refused a refund from GCVC and blamed for not checking back with them with her health continued to decline. Why on earth would I have taken her back there when they didnt do anything right the first time?

Weve been using Garden City Vet since we moved here 3 years ago. They are AMAZING and that still isnt a strong enough word. They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need and are as honest as they come.

They are great and were really supportive when our fur baby was passing. They dont charge an arm and a leg too.
