I will start this off that we think of our dogs and cats as children more so than just animals/pets. We went to this vet for a second opinion as our regular vet had recommended we euthanize our dog as there was nothing more which could be done for him. His records were requested and reviewed, and it was decided to take x-rays to see if there was something going on which could be addressed. It was determined he had a blockage which was causing him to not be able to urinate and his bladder was about to literally burst. The vet was thorough, clear, and we believe she has a passion to do what is in the best interest of the pet. Emergency surgery has been performed and we are awaiting to be able to pick up our little man. If it wasnt for this, wed be mourning the loss of our furry son instead of looking forward to more time with our wonderful Shih Tzu. Our Shih Tzu now has a new regular vet. The cost of services may be more, but as with most things, you get what you pay for.

Dr. Steineker was the Vet who certified the $1000 dog I purchased from Petland was healthy and able to be bought. After going home with the dog and much love from many kids, the dog had wheezing and acted odd. After taking it to my local Vet, the dog had Giardia/Worms and the beginning of Pneumonia. I had to spend hundreds of dollars and take time from work to care for the dog. Petland will not take any responsibility nor will the "Guarantee" because I used a different Vet. So if you buy from Petland, you have to use this Vet for reimbursement. I am stunned a Dr. could not tell this dogs lungs were very ill, we almost lost him if I hadnt got him several rounds of medicine.

Dr. Dina Steineker is a great veterinarian. She took great interest when examining my bunny rabbit, she covered all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. She has a real passion for bunnies, my bunny behaved so well for her and co-operated for the most part of the exam. She took good care of my bunny :) I will definitely be taking my bunny and my kitties back to her again, I believe I have finally found a good vet for my furbabies!! I would highly recommend Dr. Dina Steineker :)

I was told that I could just get a rabbies shot for my dog. When I went in for our appointment the staff was rude. They took my dog in the next room and were talking about me being cheap for not paying for a office visit. Then the dr (I assume she didnt introduce her self) gave my dog the shot she yelped and the dr said "now that didnt hurt you" really well why did she yelp! Poor customer service and hurtful to my pet. SMH

Great team of professionals; they made sure my questions were answered and the appointment was carried out very timely. I was early and they took me right back as soon as I walked in! Great pricing on the preventative and vaccines. This is the first vet my new puppy has seen and it will be the only one. :)

For profit vet. Terrible bedside manner, didnt seem concerned for my brand new puppy and me at all. I asked for advice and she gave zero. I had to go to another vet for them to give my puppy the care she needed. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! AWFUL VET WILL NOT RETURN!!

I brought my dog in for a check up but was not pleased with my experience. I felt that they wanted to find every reason to charge me more. The receptionist was using her phone while she was ringing me up. Costumer service could have been better. I will not be returning.
