After PUTTING our dog in a choke hold and scaring her. Dr. Moore is absolutely the rudest unprofessional Dr and person we have ever done business with! She argues with the clients shes abrupt and very unprofessional do not recommend. Dr. Moore went as far as calling my cell phone three times yelling at me to make a point and I was just concerned of the way that they were trimming my dogs nails I know my dog and I know what scares her and dr. Moore would not listen to me therefore she felt that warrant calling me 3 times yelling at me I had her on speaker phone and my husband just told me to hang up and we will cancel our maintenance program that weve had with them for a year and never go back. Explain to me how I was rude, I just signed up for the second year of the wellness plan, I WAS NOT disrespectful to your staff, my husband witness that Dr. Moore. Every time we went in there you were pretty rude and short with us! I suggest anger management you had no right calling me 3 times yelling at me! Ive never experienced such horrible service!

I honestly cant say enough nice things about this clinic. We can to them at a time our previous vet was unavailable and our little dog was in bad shape. She had blown discs in her back and needed emergency surgery at k-state. Dr. Horn and her staff were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They made arrangements for us to head to Manhattan to get our Izzy the help she needed. We decided to stay with Herndon and now they are stuck with us!!! They were also there for us when we had to make the hard decision to put down our other baby and the compassion they showed us was so appreciated. You arent only getting excelled vet care, youre getting the pleasure of their wonderful, friendly staff. Highly recommend this clinic!

I was concerned about finding a vet when I moved back to Wichita from Snohomish. But my first vet visit was to Herndons Clinic out on Maple and they were "keepers" for sure. The staff was so friendly and they treated my cats so lovingly that I was completely confident to trust them with my babies! Over my six year relationship with Herndons they have been so helpful to me in many various ways... free advice, squeezing us in without appointments when I was in a bind, splitting payments up for me when needed, and even finding coupons for me when I buy MD food for my Mr Perfect and his sister, Angel! Their exam rooms are large, light and airy and very clean. You can trust these guys... theyre GREAT!

The Herndon Veterinary Clinic is the only place I will ever take my animals. The staff there are absolutely amazing. You can tell that they love what they do and that they truly care about you and your animals. Anytime one of our pets is sick, they always call to check on them and make sure they are getting better. We had to say goodbye to one of our dogs and they made it so much better for us. They gave us all the time that we needed, hugged us and told us how very sorry they were for our loss. A week later we received a card from them with her paw print painted in it and their condolences. The ladies there go above and beyond and we love them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my 6 yr lab in she was drinking a lot of water and not eating they gave her antibiotics and told my wife to bring her back in two days if things dont improve. well the next day she went down hill fast. They would not schedule a appointment that day. We took her to the emergency dog clinic her spleen was bleeding she was drowning in her own blood. She died thanks Pet Haven I will never bring another pet to you ever again. Oh and they sent me a card after her death you can imagine how that made me feel. If they would have done a sonigram or xray we would have known and could have possibly saved her

All of the doctors and staff at Herndons have taken AMAZING care of our canine family members! Our dog Bella (Pug) has been seen by them since she was 7 weeks old. Our sweet puppy Katniss (Jack Chi) came to us as a stray. She had a badly broken leg and a nasty infection. Despite her poor prognosis (<5% chance of survival), with their help, and the help of the K-State veterinary hospital (who Herndons has kept in frequent contact with), she not only survived but is THRIVING! All our Love and Thanks to all the Ladies at Herndon!

Dr. Cummins and Dr. Moore are the greatest vets. They are so caring and kind towards all of our furry babies. They have been so sympathetic when weve lost some of those fur babies in the past. They have been compassionate and caring. When we visit there with one or more of our cats or dogs, they give us as much time as we want and answer all questions without making us feel hurried or non-important. They are always prompt in seeing us when we have an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Cummins and Dr. Moore.
