Words cannot express my extreme gratitude to the doctors, vet techs, and office staff at Alliance Animal Health Center. Last month I had the misfortune of witnessing a horrific accident where a dog unsuccessfully tried to cross six lanes of traffic on Keller Parkway. The driver of the truck that hit the dog did not stop to render aide. A Good Samaritan and I were able to get the dog in the back of a truck and took her to the nearest vet clinic, Alta Vista Animal Hospital on Golden Triangle, where we were turned away by the office staff and told to go to an emergency clinic in Grapevine. This dog was in really bad shape and we knew she needed immediate care. We tried the next nearest clinic, which was Alliance Animal Health Center. As we pulled up one of their staff members was leaving the building. We explained to her what happened and showed her the dog. She immediately ran inside to get assistance and in a matter of seconds four more staff members were out at our truck to carry the dog into the clinic. We waited to talk to Dr. O’Gorman who was so gentle and caring in delivering the news that the dog was going to need to have her hind leg and tail amputated. I left my number and asked them to please keep me posted on the search for her owner. Dr. O’Gorman personally called me on 2 different occasions to update me on Molly’s (the name listed on her microchip) condition. Unfortunately, when contact was finally made with the owner, he declined to pay for the surgery necessary to save her life. Alliance generously agreed to keep Molly for another 48 hours (possibly at their own expense if help could not be found) to allow me time to see if I could come up with the finances for her surgery or find someone who would be willing to adopt her and cover the cost. Over the next 24 hours a miracle began to unfold. Friends, family, strangers, and employees of Alliance Animal Health rallied in support of Molly. Together we were able to raise the money to pay for Molly’s surgery, and my husband and I decided after she recovered we would bring Molly home to become a part of our family. At this point Molly had been in the care of AAHC for 4 days. During that time one employee brought Molly a rotisserie chicken to help cheer her up. Another came up to see her on her day off with her daughter and a bag of treats. Dr. Reigle performed Molly’s leg and tail amputation and we were able to bring her home the next day. Thanks to the love, care, and skill of everyone at AAHC Molly is recovering at a remarkable pace and has already adjusted to life on 3 legs. We are still going for post-surgery visits to ensure that her wounds are healing as they should. After what Molly has been through you would think she would be nervous or afraid of going to the vet, but every time we arrive at the clinic she races in to give tail wags and kisses to all the friends she made during her stay. AAHC was not our family’s vet prior to this experience, but from this point on I will never take my pets anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr. Reigle, Dr. O’Gorman, and all of the other staff members at Alliance Animal Health Center for saving our sweet Molly and making it possible for her to become a member of our family. God bless you all for your sweet hearts and passion for the animals that you care for.

This office is an amazing place. I’ve had several amazing experiences with them and strongly encourage you, if you are in the market for a new Vet, to take your pet to this office. They are better taken care of than actual humans at their primary doctor. We have two dogs, both older girls. Bella, 10 and Gizmo, 14. When we moved to this area we needed to find a vet. After combing through countless reviews and listening to my gut instinct, I opted to give this office a shot. We took our girls in for a check-up and the vet personally phoned us, we assumed we were receiving bad news about Gizmo. She was older, losing her teeth, and seemingly losing her eyesight as well. To our surprise, it was about Bella, who had all her teeth, her vision, and seemed to be perfectly fine. Bella had a belly full of stones she must have been dealing with for at least a year. This means our previously vet missed this entirely. In addition, this was quite painful to her – but she is such a sweet, sweet girl we never knew it. If we hadn’t moved, I don’t know what would have happened to her. However, we did, and now with a special diet, she is happy and healthy. We did also experience a life-ending episode with Gizmo as well. Giz lost all of her teeth and eyesight. This was of no consequence to her, and still ate kibbles and stomped around the house, running into things. One day after work my Husband arrived home to find her covered in blood in her crate, barely able to move. He rushed her to the office, and the staff immediately took her back. They ran some tests and discovered her organ function was near perfect and that of a much younger dog. It seemed eating the kibbles was causing her digestive problems and her core temperature was several degrees cooler than it should be. Due to her age, it didn’t look good. My husband and I prepared to say good-bye to our little angel full of attitude. Through the gentle care of the staff and the vet, they nursed her back to health. She is now feisty, full of attitude, and she eats a can of dog food a day (she is a teacup long-haired Chihuahua so a can a day is quite a bit). We know for a fact if we had taken her to our old vet or to most places, Gizmo would have died. It is truly amazing. Bella hates being groomed and being away from her Mom and Dad, but she will trot happily back with the groomer at this clinic. If you have ever had to face dragging your dog into the groomers, you know why this is so amazing and speaks volume. I have yet to be seen or speak with someone – from the front office, from the vet, from the groomers, from the technicians – that was anything short of downright pleasant. VERY highly recommended!!

I absolutely love this place!!! Came home yesterday and my sweet baby girl must have caught her nail on something because she was limping and then I saw the nail was facing a completely different direction it was supposed to!! We received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the moment I called the clinic and spoke with Heather until the moment Sara (I think that was her name) followed us out to the car with an umbrella in the pouring rain!!!! This was the first time they met Lana and they loved on her so much!! I did not get the names of everyone that was working in the front but they were ALL amazing! Tracy was our nurse that brought Lana back to check her in and she was so nice and compassionate!! Dr Loveless came in and talked to me about what the procedure was for this and what to expect when we get home! He came back in when they were done and was just so personable and made sure we did not have any questions. I feel like they treated Lana as if she was their own family. I am beyond grateful for they care they gave my furbaby and blessed to know that Lana was cared for by such amazing people!
