Rude...Rude... Rude Doctor!!!!! This afternoon my 19-year old daughter took our 10 month old dog to the vet for her shots. The front receptionist was excellent, but once she got back with the Doctor (Dr. Priebe), the visit made a turn for the worse. She rolled her eyes right in my daughters face when my daughter told her we got the dogs heart worm meds from our other Vets office where we take our 14 year old dog. She then preceded talking to the Vet tech (Courtney),as if my daughter wasnt in the room, about our dogs behavior and that she needed behavior training. What they didnt know, or care to ask is that she has anxiety from her previous owners who mistreated her. She has trust issues with people she doesnt know. The only reason we still continue to go here is because we have the wellness plan until April 30th of 2016. Once that contract is up, we definitely will not be back!!! Ever!! We will take her to Woodland Springs Vet. which we have been at for 8 years and absolutely love!! Had my daughter, who initially adopted the dog and lived 40 minutes away, lived closer, she would have never gone here!!! And I wouldnt take any pet of mine here..

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff was rude and cet didnt properly explain things. My husband brought our dog in for an ear infection and we were given a medication that he thought was for the infection but turned out to be for allergies. I tried to being it back and was told since the manager wasnt in they couldnt return it but to come in when she was there and she could return it for me. I went back 2 days later and was told by not only the staff but the manager that it couldnt be returned. They were very rude about it. One of the technicians was standing behind the manager with a smug look on her face constantly shaking her head. The manager just kept saying that it was accurately prescribes for my dog however she is not a vet herself so how would she know? It was a horrible experience and I will never be taking any animal to Banfield again. Take you pet to someone who actually cares about the pet and not about money. Woodland Springs vet is great! I wish I had known they were open on Sundays now so we would never have come here.

I absolutely love this pet hospital. Every vet is so caring. The workers at the front desk are kind. They were with me through a terrible tragedy with a carpet cleaning company. I lost two of my previously perfectly healthy cats who were poisoned because of incompetence by this carpet company. I was at the vet for 6 horrible hours that night, most of it spent on the floor crying. They sat on the floor with me and comforted me. Im not even sure I could have gotten through with my tragedy without them. Dr. Cox and Dr Prebe are the best! Thank you Thank you for being there with me. (Just a note about my experience. Research any company that comes into your home. I used Angies List and they had good ratings. However, I have since learned how Angies List works and their tactics are not consumer friendly. This company was not even certified to do carpet cleaning. Since my tragedy, this company has posted a lot of my personal information on the internet. Be careful.)

Drive the extra 10 minutes to a Vet that is honest and ACTUALLY cares. I would think most Vets got into the practice because they enjoy animals but that does not seem to be the case with any of the Vets that have seen my dog. I typically have to wait 15-30 minutes and I feel like I am seen as a money tree, being up sold on anything and everything, necessary or not. Because they do this, it is hard to decipher what is actually needed and/or serious. I signed up for the wellness plan with my puppy because the first go round I had a pleasant experience. Maybe not all Banfields are this way or maybe their practices have changed, either way I am thankful that there are more reputable Vets surrounding this location. Watauga Animal Hospital has won my business, as the experience from beginning to end is Night and Day compared to Banfield. Totally worth the extra time driving.

0 Stars. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not post without selecting at least 1 star. This office used to be friendly & helpful, but has turned to overly focused upon their own personal time & lives. I was turned away one night 1.5 hours before they closed because the vet didnt want to take the time to look at a sick cat, they said "if it lives through the night" you can come back tomorrow. So clearly they did not care if an animal lives or dies...horrible way to look as someone we seek to help animals. We used to take all 5 of our pets to this office & will never return. Sad, they used to be great. Do NOT purchase a wellness plan. Should your pet die & you choose to cancel the plan, you will receive the runaround of a lifetime. They will also continue to take money from your account after they tell you the plan has ended.

Actually wouldnt even say a 1 star, I was sitting here looking at my dogs when suddenly it reminded me one year ago that my dog was not well and I made a phone call at 8pm mind you they close at 9pm the lady said sure bring her up we will see her. I drove thirty minutes to get her there. We had the pet care plan never really used it dogs have always seemed fine. So we get there at 8:30 and ten min later was told it was to late that they couldnt see me. So I had to drive to southlake spent $350 and that was that. I was pissed called up to bansfield talked with manager and that person could care or less. I cancelled my plan for both of my dogs and will not go back there ever for anything. Thanks for nothing and stealing money from me. Hope atleast one person takes this and doesnt buy your stupid ass plan. Go figure just another got ya in life.

My favorite vet of all time works at this location now. Dr. Kordis is amazing and has saved my animals life more than once. I wish she had never moved location because the staff here is awful. Since I started frequenting this location to be able to see my preferred vet I have NEVER received good customer service from the other staff members. The Banfield she was at previously knew me and my pets by name and always went above and beyond to meet my needs. Not sure where the disconnect is between that team and this one. Unfortunately, I will continue to follow Dr. Kordis since my loyalties lie with her but the staff at this location needs some serious shaping up. Especially the associate I just spoke with named Lisa. It was the most difficult booking of an appointment for my dog since Ive owned her.

Where do I begin? There was a time that all the animals in my house (3 in total) had fleas. We were so worried and we wanted to get them in ASAP. I called Southlake where I had been taking my dog, and they refused to take them all at once. It got to the point where Southlake Banfield was making me so upset I almost gave up all together. Then I called this location. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED. Not only did they take all of my animals, but they gave us a great deal. AND I recently found a pup and didnt want to bring her in my house without making sure she was free of anything. I called this location and they fit me into their already VERY busy schedule. amazing. kind. understanding. trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.
