My husband and I loved Dr. Reddy. Her office staff however including the nurses and receptionist were rude. The office policies did not work well for us and our 3 children. They only allow 2 children to be seen at a time and wont allow you to make 3 appointment back to back to back so that all 3 can be seen. I missed an appointment for 2 of my kids and was no longer allowed to make appointments with them together at all and had to make single appointments, requiring me to take even more time off work. I feel I should have just been charged the co pay amount that I would have been charged had I shown up. Also the office was always running an hour late. I would have to bring multiple items (books, tablets, coloring items) to keep my young children occupied while we waited for the doctor to arrive.

Worse experience Ive ever had ! Not only Dr. Lopez but her stuff and partners are rude and very irresponsible. Vanessa Lopez doesnt really pay attention to their patients needs all she does is talk about their weight and height and shes done with the visit ! My son was sick for about a week and she decided to dismiss him from her office and gave me 30 days only for urgent care because I got a second opinion. But their dismissal letter says I decided not to take him there any more! And plus I call to see if he could be seen he was still sick and within the 30 day and she didnt want to see him she said that was no urgent or that I could take him to ER or somewhere else.. Just the worst private office and worse Doctor.. Vanessa Lopez!

I just moved to the area and this office was highly recommended. Unfortunately I couldnt even schedule an appointment because they state that you have to agree to their recommended vaccination schedule first. They werent even willing to have a conversation with me or schedule an appointment with a doctor so that I could have the conversation. Not sure what someone is supposed to do who has already started an alternate schedule. Its really sad that a practice would be so out of date and closed minded. I would say based upon their close mindedness that they are not current with research based medicine and willing to try new things. Not a place I would recommend taking your children.

Dr Reddy has been taking care of our four children for a number of years. We absolutely love the quality of care we consistently receive. She is knowledgeable and always up to date on the latest research while remaining very personable with our family. The staff is kind and courteous. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. The offices are a bright, welcoming kid-friendly environment. Our kids are undoubtedly receiving the highest quality of care available.

This place is fantastic. We have taken both our children over the years and have received A+ care. The physicians are genuine and really try to get to know your family. In this day and age of medicine, that is truly unique. We will be telling our friends about Redbud Pediatrics!

I love redbud pediatrics and Dr.Reddy is the best. It gives me great peace of mind that she will not accept the anti-Vaxer patients and this is an extra level of protection for my little scientist!
