I got my puppy spayed there yesterday, and while the greeting staff was very kind and assuring, the woman who went over the post-op instructions and brought me my dog at pickup was extremely rude and out of line. My pup is currently on pain medication AS NEEDED because she was having bad growing pains and teething at a very high rate. The clinic provides some pain meds to take home for a few days, and when I asked how long after the last pill they gave me is gone can I give her her regular meds if she needs it. This woman then proceeded to tell me she didnt need to be on meds for growing pains or teething and that my vet was wrong for prescribing it. Lady, you dont know the pain my dog is in to judge. However, she went way over the line at my next question. I work at a doggy daycare and my dog comes with me for free. She is a German Shepherd puppy so she is very active and a rough player, and when I asked how soon she can go back to daycare, the woman completely cut me off and asked how I could afford daycare but I couldnt get my dog spayed and a regular vet! Obviously I am of low income or else they wouldnt have let my dog get spayed there. Her comment was completely out of line, and also none of her business! I was a scared dog mom who had serious questions about my dogs health and wellbeing, and I did not deserve to be treated that way! I sacrifice so much of my "wants" so that my dog can have good food, toys, a bed, and medication if shes not feeling well, so that she can have a wonderful life! I understand there are probably a lot of people that try to abuse the system, but I am not one of them and she should not have treated me as one! If in the future I get another animal, they will not be fixed there. I will save for the extra $30 and go to the Humanes Society. The only reason Im not giving less stars on the rating is because the surgery went well and the receptionist was kind.

I have gone here before with my cat. No problems with surgery, the vet tends to be rude and not real people friendly. I can deal with that fine. Just had my dog neutered. Went to pick him up and the whole back end of him was covered in blood. Got all over us and vet. She took him back to look, came back out saying his tail was bleeding from happy tail. Ok again i can deal. But here is the thing...she sent us home with him bloody. No clean up nothing. In the car we go like a murder scene. I should have demanded him cleaned. We get home. His tail is fine. His scrotum is dripping blood. Called vet 2 times no call back that night. 2 loads of bloody laundry and a miserable night i call again in the morning. No answer. Hours later i get a call back. She claims he must have chewed his stitches out. NO! she handed me him this way. She then tells me he needs another surgery and more costs!! Hell no! She then calls back tells me to go to another vet she suggests. So off we go. My dog had a blood vessel not sealed. It had to be carterized. Packed with antibiotics and stapled. By the way the new vet said he still had all his stitches. . The new vet seemed upset at my ordeal as anyone would. She didnt charge me a dime! So now my dog is happy and healing! To top off his registration for the city she gave me is a pit bull. Hes NOT a pit. So now i have to figure that out..bottom line im not saying do not go here. It is cheep but just because it is cheep pet owners should not have to deal w half ass care. If blood is still coming out....demand a re-check and exam. Not a 2 sec one a RE-CHECK EXAM! You paid for a service.

I scheduled an appointment to have my cat neutered and also getting his shots, and they were low cost. FYI, if you plan to schedule an appointment, you will need your tax return as proof of income (they used to need only a pay stub, but require a W-2 now). My cat is doing great, and they treated him well and were kind and courteous. Highly recommended.

Efficient operation. I had my cat in between 7:30-8:00 am and was told to come back between 5:30-6:00 pm. A couple of dozen other people were there when I showed up. I was seated in an office with two other cat owners and we were given instructions how to care for our cats in the hours and days after the operation. Show a lot of professionalism.

I have been trying since november to get an appnt and im always told the same thing. Everything goes really well until im asked the weight and breed. Then its immediately, we dont have any apnts open and arent going to, so try somewhere else. I have an xl blue pit named oliver, that is a huge lap dog. I believe this business is biased.
