The whole staff showed such compassion and respect in dealing with the death of my much loved dog, Tobi. The girls who answered the phone allowed me just to cry before speaking and the nice young man who came to my house to pick Tobi up was kind and apologetic for what he had to do. They placed Tobis ashes in a very nice urn and also made a print of her paw print and have me a very sincere hug as I was leaving. I want to thank all the staff for dealing with my sadness in a professional manner.
