Went to go pick up my class ring here. We asked a lady in the pickup section if it was back there, and she said no. So we went to jewelry to see if it was there instead - which was a huge mistake. We had to sit there for 2 hours waiting for literally 12 different people trying to open the safe that had new arrivals in it.They even called 2 different Walmarts for the lock combination, which even they didnt know. Turns out, it was originally in pickup all along. We left obviously aggravated, but hey at least I got my ring. The people that work here are so lazy its unreal. Trained monkeys could do their jobs better.
