Appointment with Dr. Keenan on 12/15/14-was charged an extra $70 in addition to my copay for a service "not covered" by insurance. (contact exam) although they claim to inform patients the service performed isnt covered by insurance PRIOR to doing it, that definitely wasnt the case with me. In addition I was suppose to receive a call back the following week to come back in once they received my exact contact lens prescription but as of today-more than a month later, I still havent received a call or any other form of correspondence.

Ive been going to vision first Shelbyville since they came to Shelbyville. I have no reason to even consider anywhere else. They have the latest equipment for special eye needs, like mine. Dr. Keenan thoroughly explains everything about every test and takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. Its nice to have a doctor that you can trust like him. From the time you walk in the door you are treated like family.
