I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MY SONS SCHOOL STATING THAT HE WOULD NEED TO HAVE A DOCTOR EXAM HIS EYES. WHEN I CALLED AROUND I FOUND THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A WEEK OR MORE BEFORE ANYONE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE HIM. WHEN I CALLED EYE CARE ASSOCIATES THEY SAID TO BRING HIM ON IN THAT DAY I FOUND THE STAFF AND DR. FEAGIN TO BE WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL AND SINCE WE WHERE A WALK IN I WAS SURPRISED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG. MY SON NOW HAS BETTER GRADES AND HAS RECENTLY STARTING WEARING CONTACTS. THANK YOU EYE CARE ASSOCIATES FOR BEING THERE !!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST

I tried to go their today.Asked the Lady if they took Walk Ins,She said Ofcourse we do.Then asked her how long it would take.She said it should not take very long at all.One Hour and 45 Mintues Later(Yes I was stupid for waiting that long) I asked when I would be seen.She Rolled her eyes,looked at some charts and said atleast 45 Min. Longer,more than likely longer.I walked out.Avoid these people like the Plague.

I have been a patient for about 10 years, and a few years back my husband and kids have become patients as well. Dr. Feagin is wonderful and patient, his staff is very helpful and feels like family when I see them every year. Love them..
