Ive known Dr. Bowersox for many, many years now and he has literally saved my vision! A quick call to him on a Sunday 15 years ago led him to promptly get me in his office on a Monday morning. Once there, he immediately sent me to a specialist in Louisville where I was diagnosed with Ocular Histoplasmosis and had to have laser surgery that day or I wouldve gone blind before the close of the day. Dr. Bowersox never put me on edge or in a state of alarm but maintained his cool and helped me get treated that day. He treats all of the members of my family and we are always so pleased with the professionalism of his office and staff and his personable nature. He knows his stuff and works hard to help all people have the vision they deserve. Hes an amazing asset to our community and to those that know him. Thanks for being such a dedicated, intelligent, fun eye doctor!

Dr. Bowersox is the BEST optometrist that I have ever been to. I "had" 20 years of migraines, had went to several different doctors (including optometrist and ophthalmologist), neurologist and no one could get rid of my head aches. Then I went to Dr. Bowersox. He found the problem and changed my eye glass prescription that changed my world. I went from having an average of 21 days a month of migraines to maybe 2 days a month of mild head aches. I feel so grateful and blessed!!! Thank you so so so very much Dr Bowersox for giving me my life back. My words can not explain how thankful I am.

Amazing doctor and practice! Our daughter was 4 months old when her eyes began to cross. First we saw an ophthalmologist who recommended ocular muscle surgery before she turned 12 months. We wanted a second opinion and saw Dr. Bowersox who recommended vision therapy--she is now 17 months old and her eyes are straight without glasses and without surgery! Thank you Dr. Bowersox

The office was very welcoming, the exam was thorough, and I was able to choose and order a new pair of eyeglasses, all in an unhurried manner. I highly recommend their professionalism.
