I am singed up on EFMP im down from Fort Belvoir, Virginia visiting my son. I became ill horrible cough, congestion, sever anxiety, joint pain due to i have Lupus, fibromyalgia, RA, Migraines and much more my knees are so swollen from fluids she didnt even check them gave me antibiotics and a deep sea saline nasal spray and said well ok bye. Told her about my sever pain she said couldnt treat nithing but the Sinusitis issue to see my healt care provider asked her howif im 1300 miles away from home? Said well when you get home. I have never been to a hospital that said they couldnt treat. Worst hospital ever.

one of the llab men stuck a needle in my arm to do blood work but he was strong that it left a bruise on my arm i felt sick, my eyes kept rolling, i felt like throwing up, and i kept sweating i still got the bruise on my arm today it have been three days but he ask me if i was ok i said yeah i am alright even through i felt dizzy and about to pass out i though it wasnt going to hurt because i did blood work before ith someone else i was wrong it hurt when he put the needle in my arm other than that it is a good hospital =)

Specialty Services are Excellent. EENT being the best of course in service and care of just about any MTF I have received specialty care from. My only complaint is exceptionaly long pharmacy wait times & lack of parking spots throughout most of the week. Great staff overall and considering the size of hospital and number of people it serves wait times to get an scheduled appointment have dropped drastically.

Review Update: Theyve made some changes or upgrades to their system, it seems, because the Pharmacy is fast again. Professional and competent staff. OLD REVIEW: Whats going on with the pharmacy? You have to clear your schedule for the whole day if you need to get medication. Youll go in for a two hour surgery and spend six hours at pharmacy.

Terrible wait times... You are suppose to have a primary mines changed 5 times in less than 8 months ive never seen the same one even with supposedly being in internal medicine for extreme cases that need one on one care. Very terrible go off post er and primary not worth wait time or the care you recieve its awful..

Id say BJACH Family Practice is just OK. The Pediatrics (separate department) is very disappointing. Lately the Pharmacy is SUPER sloooooow. I honestly think soldiers families should be given other options. Recently had a trip to the ER. It was very disappointing. Go somewhere else if you can.

Ask for a preventative service and get told that it wouldnt be covered by tricare. Call tricare and they say yes its covered. Notify them of what tricare stated and dont get a response back. Too lazy to do their job, I guess!!

Worst service ever! Super slow and overbooked. Just a cluster ball of chaos in Primary Care. You would be better off seeing a civilian provider....an absolute mess!

Spent over an hour waiting in the lobbg in pain to get pain medication from the pharmacy... if there was a negative star system it would receive that
