There is no direct way of contacting the clinic I go to thus causing me a great deal of frustration when a question comes up regarding my health or medications. I dread even trying any more. Second, I have not had a primary care giver there for over a few months before being assigned another. I cannot see this as a way to build doctor patiern relationships

Ive been trying to get a hold of my fathers primary who is located at the Maplewood location. When I call, I am immediately redirected to the Minneapolis location. Three calls and twenty minutes later, I still havent been able to get a hold of the doctor.
