The people at Casco Bay EyeCare are extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. My family and I were on vacation in the Portland area and I ripped a contact lens without a back-up, and unfortunately my personal optometrist could not help since they were 1,000 miles away. After a short discussion with the people at Casco Bay, they did everything they could to help me so I could enjoy the rest of our vacation - even gave me a replacement contact lens at no cost. It would have been easy for them to say "no", but I can tell the people at Casco Bay EyeCare care about people and the Portland community; I would gladly recommend Casco Bay to anyone.

I I stopped in to get the screws on my glasses tightened. The lady was very nice and not only tighten the screws but replaced the nose pieces. Free of charge of course. I would definitely come here to get my next pair of glasses.

Really good personal service. I was nervous about my visit but the provider was down to earth and made me feel comfortable. Might consider switching eye doctors to here.
