GENERAL: I cant say enough how glad I am I went with HPT! I was refereed to PT by my primary care physician, and I chose Hamilton Physical Therapy because they were walking distance from my house and were a small practice with 2 practitioners - I wanted to be able to establish a relationship with my care provider. My issue was persistent lower back pain from pregnancy and birth, which I finally decided to do something about a year after giving birth. I say "my issue was" because after a 2mo, 2x/wk visit schedule plus a progressively harder exercise/stretching regimen I maintained on my own time, my lower back pain is entirely gone. Before I started therapy, I was at a constant level of pain that sometimes became severe, especially during/after doing things I love, like yard work and hiking with my son, so this was life changing for me. CARE: I had a consultation appointment where Dr. Thomas assessed me and described exactly what was the most likely explanation for my pain as well as his plan to alleviate it. From then on I worked mostly with Lenie, and occasionally Dr. Thomas, but it was a flawless transition between either as they were both on the same page with my treatment. I was instructed in progressively more difficult targeted aerobics, stretching, and strength training, the first two of which I did every day and during appointments, and the later I did at appointments only. Lenie was very creative with the workouts she had me do, made everything fun and enjoyable, was great at explaining why I was doing what she had me do, and was very good with targeted massage when I needed it. ATMOSPHERE: The office/treatment center is very calming, comfortable, clean, modern, and very rarely are there more than two patients being worked on at a time, making the individualized care even better. There is always a smiling face to great you at the front desk in Janet, who youll never be sorry to start up a conversation with - super sweet and entertaining! OVERALL: My main goal in seeking PT was to be able to do a lengthy backpacking trip in Glacier National Park without being impaired afterward and unable to enjoy the rest of the park. I did that trip and was in great condition during and after, which meant a lot more to me as I had the additional complication of new morning (in reality, all day) sickness. If youre thinking about choosing HPT, dont hesitate! They are professional, friendly, and caring, and going with a bigger PT office wouldnt even come close to the level of personalized care youd receive at this practice.

Ive had intermittent neck pain for the past eight years. Ive tried chiropractics and acupuncture without much success. A couple of months ago my pain and discomfort was pretty bad. I could barely turn my head 45 degrees without discomfort. I found it incredibly challenging to get comfortable in bed and had difficulty sleeping because of it. I was prescribed pain medication and a muscle relaxer but I didnt want to take them indefinitely so I visited Hamilton Physical Therapy. I was greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist Janet, assessed by the nice and knowledgeable Dr. Thomas and treated by the bubbly and helpful therapy assistant Lenie. Lenie worked with me twice a week for a month. She taught me dozens of stretches and exercises that would strengthen the muscles in and around my neck, as well as my back and arms since everything is connected. I saw relief fairly quickly! Within two weeks I was no longer taking medication and I was able to get more comfortable in bed (especially with the addition of a "pregnancy" body pillow.) Ive been keeping up my exercises and am comfortable with a full range of motion now. I would highly recommend visiting Hamilton Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, the work they do is effective to reduce discomfort and pain!

His office is pleasant and professional.I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of professional PT services. P.S. I was NOT paid for this public endorsement. LOL

Best PT clinic in this town, and Ive been to most of them. Dr. Thomas will answers questions, and help you get back on your feet again. He respects his patients as much as they respect him. Janet is pretty cool, too.
