I initially chose this business because they had 30 positive reviews on Google. Well, theres a reason for this...in the waiting room, there are posters stating that THEY WILL GIVE YOU GIFT CARDS FOR YOUR REVIEWS. That should have been enough of a warning, knowing that they were buying good reviews. I met with Kristie, who had recently attended a class on posture and alignment, and evidently was eager to put this knowledge to use. I had gone in for a recurring should tip/back pain. Rather than treating with ultrasound, massage and TENS, and then adding in stretches as had previously worked wonderfully at my PT in PA, she decided it was all in my posture. Offering NONE of the traditional methods of healing, she gave me a photocopy of exercises to improve my posture. Now this might have been fine when the current issues settled down, but not as the first course of treatment. Her assessment was quite thorough, and I would have considered going back had they used healing methods rather than just alignment/exercise. Also quite unpleasant, there is no privacy for initial meetings. Kristie did not have the professionalism to speak quietly about my medical history, and talked loudly enough for everyone else there to hear. I would avoid this place.

I have been out of work since February 12, 2015 with a severe right ankle injury. I sprained it in two spots, bruised both my fibula and tibia, and tore the anterior talofibular ligament off of my fibula. I had to undergo surgery on March 26, 2015 to reattach the ligament back to the bone. The surgeon and orthopedic doctor I have been seeing is Dr. James Gasho in Chevy Chase, Maryland. After about three weeks, he told me to start going to physical therapy. I looked up physical therapy practices in the Glen Burnie area. and I saw that Maryland Physical Therapy had five stars out of 18 reviews; theyre accurate. I have had four appointments thus far, and at the beginning, I could only limp while wearing the orthopedic boot. It is now May 7, 2015, and I am able to walk around fine. I am still recovering, and I still have several appointments to go, but I thought Id leave this review since they have been fantastic. Every time I go, I leave with my ankle feeling better, and more flexible. Everyone is extremely friendly. and Dr. Keith Rohr is fantastic at what he does. If you are in need of physical therapy, I urge to to give them a call. I have nothing but positive things to say about Maryland Physical Therapy.

I have been to MD Physical Therapy twice and have had very positive experience both times. They take the time to listen to the issues and evaluate very carefully. They are very professional, yet friendly and care about the patients. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who needs PT. They helped me during my recovery from stress fracture in my ankle and the other time when I had an issue with my T-bone. They help me learn several exercises that I can continue to do for maintenance. I wanted to know about exercises to strengthen and build bones and they were happy to show me. They go out of their way and do much more than just what the job requires. Recently they helped my Dad who was visiting me for two weeks and is recovering from a Stroke. They made time for home visits even with a very short notice and were very attentive and caring toward him. I appreciated that very much. Because of their help and care, he went back home better than when he came. So, thank you very much to Maryland Physical Therapy. And also to Reed and Keith for their excellent support and a job well done.

I could never thank Maryland Physical Therapy enough for everything they have done for me! Although I have been done therapy for a few months, I wouldnt be in the great condition I am now without them. After I spent almost 3 weeks in Shock Trauma from being hit by a car riding my bicycle, I started working with Keith. I had a broken leg, arm, hand, collar bone, shoulder blade, and c7 fracture in my neck. Needless to say I was going three days a week for a full body workout. I cant explain how excited I would get just going to therapy to get up and active after not being able to walk for so long. Gradually I began to get back to doing the things I was before the accident. I spent a year and a half with Keith and the rest of the staff and couldnt have asked for a better therapist. I am now, less than 2 years post accident, working with a personal trainer doing way more than I ever have even before the accident. Thanks to their knowledge and fun personalities I got through this hard time and came out so much stronger than I could have a imagined. They are HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!:)

I have had the most positive experience at this place. The staff is genuine, this is important to me. I have attended a few physical therapy agencies and I must admit this place has met my approval by far. Keith, Marie, Eric and all the other associates has been very professional, friendly, and genuine about my personal care. This is really want its all about, this is business and those people are about doing what they are suppose to do. They are really about it. I feel good sharing my experience with my family, friends, co-workers and anyone I feel is searching for the place for Good Physical Therapy. I have had supper results, they can be measured and this is what people are looking for. I am very pleased and satisfied. I have a place that I will utilize again and again. Thanks Maryland Physical Therapy. You have a client for life.

No one ever really looks forward to going to physical therapy, that just means youre going to the wrong location. Keith and his staff of professionals at Maryland Physical Therapy are wonderful. Everyone there is familiar with your case, you never have to worry about your person being available to you. Schedule your appointments for your convenience. They never rush you. Always patient and aware of what is going on to make sure you dont hurt yourself by pushing too hard during your session. They always give knowledgeable advice that actually makes sense when you incorporate it into your daily life. I can honestly say that Ive had many laughs during my visits. I have always walked out feeling better than when I went in. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I went to MPT to have them look at an injury that had vexed me for nearly a year. I was most impressed with the attention and knowledge that was focused on my issue. I went into the experience hopeful, but fearful. I was hoping for answers, but I was fearful that I would hear that I was to be limited in my activities. I did get answers, and I got the attention and care and support that I needed to break through a number of barriers--both physical and mental. I have rarely been pleased with physical therapists. MPT proved to be the exception; they are excellent. And a well-deserved shout-out to the front desk support. I was refreshing to find helpful and attentive folks taking care of the front of the house.

I have gone to several PTs over the years but this one is extra special! Keith worked with me primarily. When I first arrived he did a through exam and then provided me with a great explanation of what he believed I needed to do. I was really nervous as I really was struggling with my knee. He was very reassuring and gave me everything to help me improve. It has been 4 months and I am able to do almost everything I could do prior to my injury! I am so grateful to this practice and all of the dedicated staff. They tried new therapies with me and I am a super grateful client!! Thanks so much for giving me my life back!!
