I was at this location yesterday. I was treated like I was inconveniencing these people by being there. You dont have to smile at me or be my friend but you should have some courtesy for your patients. Nothing was explained, I was never given the name of the technician who was performing the procedure and there were no customer service skills presented. Theres already a level of discomfort to an medical procedure and add to that parading around in a gown open in the front with someone who cant spend the air to speak to you about what is happening but has plenty for the sarcastic sighs every time you ask a question or for direction. I dont live far but I will not give my hard earned money to a business who allows their employees to treat people in this manner.

Horrible. Poked around forever for a vein, despite having really visible veins. Really hurtful, it bruised immediately, and swell up to a ping pong ball sized bump. Then I was left unattended and started to get dizzy. I called out for help 4 times and NO came to check, until I was passed out, burning up. Then they did get me water and juice but no one seemed worried, zero empathy, zero genuine care. They let me just sit there ..... wow

Came in to Maury Povich show blaring in lobby with innapropriate content. Young children were in the waiting room having to hear and watch this. Called back to have blood drawn and the phlebotomist was obviously in a bad mood. She took the cap off needle and threw it to the floor, then told me to hold out my arm. That was it, then walked away. Very rude. The only plus about the place was I was in and out quickly.

I took my little girl to this place to have blood drawn on April 25th, 2016. The 2 ladies who did it have no empathy with little children. The older graying woman who was assisting was the worst....acted like my daughter shouldnt be crying. Very insensitive.

I called to tell the Denton Diagnostic Center that I was stuck in traffic and was unable to make my mammogram appointment. They called back and said they could fit me in anytime before 7pm the same day. Now I have no excuses to get my yearly checkup.
