Wait time in the lobby is ridiculous, but God phorbid you get there 8 minutes late for your appointment otherwise they reschedule you. the staff that worked there when it first opened was amazing. They listen to your concerns and helped you out on everything. Now A days I feel like I have to schedule an appointment just for a simple question.I hate that when Im feeling beyond sick they dont see you that day. like, yea your feeling aweful but we have an opening 4 days from now........seriously ? I miss the old staff terribly. Other than that, Dr. Osaie (?) Is wonderful !

At one point I enjoyed going here because I felt they were more welcoming. However the last two times I was in there the staff has started to give off the just get my day over with feeling. My last appointment I had several concerns but ended up barely touching on any. It was kind of hard to really talk to someone about personal things while they faced their laptop and you were left speaking to the back of her head. So it looks like Ill be on the look out for a doctor who cares more about me than clicking buttons on some questionnaire.

COULDNT SEE THE DENTIST BECAUSE I AM NOT A MEDICAL PATIENT THERE. My insurance only is accepted by a few dentist locally, this place said if I transfer them as my primary doctor I could see there dentist but a six month wait, well by that time I can get into my dentist. After reading reviews and speaking with rep on phone it sounded sketchy.

Absolutely love westside family! Dr. Reetz is amazing and the staff are so good to me also as for the other Dr and PA not a real good experience anytime I have to schedule with them. I see the same Dr everytime if I can help it.

Doctors judge if your homosexual or not, google search your symptoms right infront of you, had kittens in office (people have allergies hello doctors office?!?). Unhygenic, rude staff, excessively long wait time.

So far so good. Never really had to wait long, both times Ive been. Ive been to the Middletown and Dover offices. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Dr that treated my son was personable and informative.

the professionalism and doctor like atmosphere is non existent. who would have thought healthcare would ever come to this. Plus the walk in cost is outrageous.
