June 5, 2017 : Ive been going to Westside for about a year. My NP that I seen for a year was Paula Watson. Shes compassionate, understanding, very in touch with her diagnosis of you. I enjoyed my visits although they were at times worrisome. So I give an A+ to Paula Watson who was always very attentive to me as a patient . My concerns matterered. As of 5-31-17 till today 6-5-17 Ive been feeling like Ive been blown off without care. I called the office on 5-31-17 to simply have a script rewritten due to the way it was written wasnt helpful for me. I was told a doctor would either call me back or rewrite it. They had to wait till a doctor to okay it. I called several times the following day . No response and was told the same thing. Although I also received a call explaining a note was sent to a doctor . They never gave me a name. I go through the weekend up until Saturday, which at that point it was getting to be to much. I was able to take over the counter till this was handled. I called first thing Monday after a nap to finally make an appointment to handle my problem. I also did not feel well. I was given a 4pm on 6-5-17 at 4pm. I got dressed and left. I got there and checked in and weird. Thats when I was told Dr had left. Now , I was upset and felt neglected in a big way. They said sorry for not getting back to by phone and cancelling my appointment wants I arrived. I felt so hurt. I tried everything to fix the problems with the way this medication was written. I felt neglected. One of the ladies which was MA saw how upset I was , then stated shes not going there and walked away from me sucking her teeth. The receptionist remembered taking my calls and waiting for someone to call. And now this. I felt totally hurt and neglected. I left very hurt and upset which also by not feeling well dealing with the stress of the office I was then set off in other ways that triggered another health condition for 45 minutes to an hour. Im home hurt ,no help from doctors and in need to try and trust another. Sad I am...My 2 stars is for Paula Watson , nothing for the office. In not sure where Paula is but I know she hasnt been around . Im guessing on vacation.

As a retired nurse who worked in the health field I have to say that Dr. Alireza Pirestrani was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time in the exam room with me. He took a great medical history and showed more concern than my Neuro-surgeon and Urologist after I had complications from major back surgery. He is the doctor who not only ordered a procedure but had me make an appointment with their GYN PA who was excellent. I also have to commend the staff as they are quick to get back in touch with you concerning your results. You do not find this kind of care in the Health Profession these days.

I refuse to give this office even 1 star. But it makes you. They are absent minded and unable to do theor jobs. Fr records all the way down to the doctor that has to see you. And i still dont understand how my 5 yr old and i see the same damn doctor. If shes a pediatrician how can she help me?? Im going through the motions with medicade just to get back to a.i. dupont and christiana care. Never want to have to step foot in here again but i have the strangest feeling im going too have to show up just so yall know im not playing with my kids health.

I would NOT recommend this medical facility. The doctor was not empathetic with me. I was asked if I had a primary care physician I said yes the doctor then said to me "dont waste your time filling out any paperwork if you are not going to be seeing us again" She said this as she was walking out the door of the examination room I will never return to this facility again. Not only was that unprofessional but extremely rude!

I went here for my pregnancy and loved my doctor and this entire place. Everyone is so bright and welcoming. My daughter goes here now and being a new parent I have a lot of questions. Hes always so helpful each time he sees her. If I could, Id give this place more than five stars!

Office staff friendly, helpful and supportive. Dr. Pirestani is a wonderful doctor who gets to know his patients, shows true concern and is very informative.
