Horrible! My father suffered in that place. Nurses and aids were mean and cruel. Sprayed him down like an animal in the shower with cold water. I felt heartbroken when he told me - I had been the one to request he be bathed because he smelled of urine. I would go every night after work to make sure he at least one meal a day. If your not there to check on your loved one beware. My father was constantly not being brought his food - and if they did bring it and he didnt eat they would just take it back. NO ONE would help him to eat - he would try but his tremors were so bad his food would off his fork. I could go on and on about this place. Please if at all possible do not put your family here. If u have to you better go every day to check on them And to Manor Care - no to respond with your fake "Im sorry please contact customer service ". If you cared this type of treatment would have ENDED years ago!!!!! I was to give it one ⭐️ or I couldnt post my opinion should be zero

It would be nice if they would answer the phone when you are calling to find out about a family members well-being, whom you cant otherwise reach because shes not answering her cell phone. One of the multiple times I called over the past three days and a rare instance of actually getting a human on the line, that person didnt realize I could hear her when she put me on hold and screamed at the staff "Why isnt anyone answering the phone in rehab? Family members keep calling and they wont pick up the phone--this is extremely rude!" This is not very reassuring when I cant get in touch with my loved one and am concerned about her, and no one will even pick up the phone. I live halfway across the country and would really appreciate knowing whether my loved one is being cared for properly or whether I need to call the police. What kind of place are they running out there?

I would not recommend putting anyone in her who is not completely self-sufficient and only requires therapy. My experience was not a good one, Just to get in the door we stood for several minutes ringing the bell because there was never anyone at the desk. Once you are buzzed in you don’t have to sign in or out there are no security measures in place. My grandmother was here for three days and on the third day fell out of here bed due to negligent staff. She required hospitalization had two black eyes and a knot on her head for weeks. Most of the staff does not speak great English and the CNA’s that are on the nightshift congregate in the halls and you have to buzz forever to get anything done. If you care about your loved one I would not put them in this facility.

I like Monor care -Foulk Rd. As matter fact I dont to leave.I like my theapy people so much that they are like family. I will miss my theapy people very much.I will also miss playing bingo w/ April,Anna& Mellissa. I also will miss MaryAnn the social worker. Because she helped servalways that she dont even know about. I will also miss Dr.Carol Graham because she made me realize that commiting sucide was not the opition. Because I was really upset with everything going on with me&my Dad. I would recomend this place to anyone who really help doing things, suchas feeding themselves etc.I have been here for 3 months. and it feels home..Thanks to everyone. Shaun D. Carroll

This place is horrible, I would never place a loved one in this facility again. The nurses do not care about their residents. They stay hidden in the nursing office which you have to walk in to ask questions and when you do they barely turn around to answer your questions and/or shut the door if you come in too many times asking questions. It is also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone (I was hung up on and on hold for 20 minutes I still never spoke to the person I was trying to speak with) when wanting information on loved ones in the facility. Do not put your family members in this nursing home!

My mother is placed at this facility,so far so good, its being one week, very clean, just small issues to keep up with follow up and updating on health condition, need more attention, since my mother is concern on her complication, she keeps calling home, with some negative points, such us Nurse wait too long if she is ask to do something,we need positive response, hopefully it will change as times go,and she will call with positive response, otherwise it is recommended, just work on some areas need attention...thats all...thanks to all staff ,i know its not easy, but we can try and improve!!!!!!!!!

My grandmother Martha Collins has been in there quite a while and will be until she decides shes ready to go home with the Lord or he calls for her. And I must say, that Manor Care is an awesome nursing facility to send your loved one. They do take good care of everyone. I call all the time and check in on her and the nurses has no problem updating me. I greatly appreciate Manor Care and its employees. They are all great. Thank you
