I went for a visit with the prenatal department. Actually, the staff that assists in determining pregnancy. While waiting to be serviced, NO ONE was available at that station for at least 10min. Just m.I.a. When she FINALLY arrived, she wasnt helpful in the least bit and had a very nasty demeanor! She was Caucasian sorry but I could have cared less to acknowledge her name! People are coming to the facility for HELP, NOT your attitude of having to be at a job you clearly could careless about having! But the remaining staff members were smiling and courteous along with honest and helpful..

I did not get the name of the Head Nurse who "helped" us. She had a rude demeanor at the time of our visit and ruined our overall experience of Health Center 10. Id like to see her fired.
