The Dr I had hear is clueless. Not thinking anything was really wrong with me I was going here for about 6months with severe foot, and hip aches. And constantly catching a cold or flu. Dr told me maybe it was the flu then another time I was told Streep throat. Even the tips of my fingers and toes would hurt. I got my nails done one time and the dr asked if I was sure the nails wasnt what was making my finger tips hurt lol Smh if that was the case y was the tips of my fingers hurting too. Last my dr thought maybe my bones was hurting because I was maybe developing authorities

Westside family healthcare misdiagnosed my 7 year old daughter last year, they said it was emotional, she had brain cancer, two large tumors, hydrocephaly, and diabetes insipidous. I began taking my daughter for symptoms when she was 6. Now my 19 year old continues to not get properly diagnosed for her severe conditions. They continue to blame me for their own laziness in their responsibilities! Only go here if you want your kids to die! I will be switching doctors today, as I sit in the ER once again for my daughters pain!

Completely useless. From telling my son theyre calling on script and never actually doing so..then saying "oh he must have misunderstood" as if hes stupid. To scheduling him for a much needed neurology appointment, which ended up being cancelled because they didnt realize the neurologist doesnt even accept his insurance. If you can find an actual group of reasonably competent doctors elsewhere..do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Ive been to many doctors offices in my life, and never been to such an incompetent office until I attempted to get treated at West side in newark. I say attempted because of my multiple visits I just get prescribed medicine that does not better my condition, no lab work performed no tests just idiot nurse practitioners who cant seem to do their own jobs. Do yourself a favor...Stay away from this place...find a real Doctor

its sad, I been coming here for a long time..now I have to look some wear else because it seems that everybody that works in this office have a attitude.specially some doctors..it sad that I ask for a medication that I need and the doctor gets a attitude..MY LAST TIME HERE!!

doctor was nice. all the other employees and receptionists act like they do whats going on and what theyre doing. They talk to you like your slow and they talk out the side of their neck when you walk away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Straight trash.

The worst family health care facility I have ever seen. Save yourself a trip and a lot of aggravation, DO NOT GO HERE! They will not help you or even make an attempt, move on to another health care facility.

I call because Im having an issue. The nurse that I spoked to Desiree told me to go to a med Express unit! Are you serious? Not happy with that and totally unacceptable. No compassion for the people.

Westside Family Health has been a life saver for me. My doctor is AWESOME. They are always polite . I havent had a good doctor in a while until I entered Westside family Health clinic in Newark DE.

Takes hours for a nurse to call you . Meanest Doctor, always has an attitude problem, and always is rude ! The nurses on the other hand are really nice and help out a lot when you dont know English

Had to be here at 1:20 pm for my father. Its 2:56 and we are still waiting. How do they expect sick, old, and children to sit this long especially if you have an appointment.
