to anyone who is concerned about their health and well being stay away from creative heath services in Pottstown Pa.. from my experience they are not concerned with the patient what so ever, I was nothing more then an insurance card to them. every time I went to see my therapist all she wanted to do was have me committed to a hospital, she NEVER had any other ideas or solutions for my problems. she also told me we were in this together, but dropped me as a patient, the next therapist who I never saw once called the police to have me committed, they came to my home beat me up put me in hand cuffs treated me like a criminal, and Im 52 years old and never been arrested in my life. I spent 12 hours in an emergency room then around 1 am I was taken to a mental hospital were I spent 10 days with junkies, alcoholics and some of the worse people you can think of. it was the worse experience of my life and will never forget it. the people at creative health never had any contact with me or the place the put me, I didnt belong in a place like that and they made me worse today then I was before I met creative health. I now have a good and caring therapist.. so again, if you care anything for yourself, stay away from creative health in Pottstown

Disrespectful receptionist. I cant speak on all of them but the one today that begins with a "T." I will not put her whole name on here. If you hate your job or dont possess the qualities in your job description, you should quit. All you have to do is answer the phone and attempt to be kind. I guess I expect too much.

Very good place for mental health. Staff are very nice. My doctor is very nice takes the time to talk to you and explain things and very knowledge. Therapist is amazing very respectful he even calls if i am sick or had a hospitalizing to check on how i am. Great all around place and its very clean and welcoming.
