Im writing this review regarding the service I received at the Urbana Pike office in Frederick MD. The ladies at the front desk were not polite, friendly or even knowledgeable. The Nurse Practitioner (Barbra Bonsu) I met with was very rude. She fits well with the overall feel of this office (Not Good). I placed a call earlier morning requesting a doctors note and I still have not heard back from anyone as of yet. If you are looking for a professional PCPs office this is not the one for you.

Where to start...the front desk staff are just awful, there was an extremely long wait for my appointment, and you are in and out (feels like a factory).There is something wrong with the way this office is ran; very unorganized and it seems the owner only cares about money and not the patient. Would not tell my worst enemy to go here.

THE WORST..... AND I DO MEAN THE WORST. Doctors office ive ever been to. Ive been trying to get information from the office for over a week now. And theyve not even answered the phone . Theyre always too busy. They try to BULLY you on the phone . I cant wait to go in there today.

I would truly give 0 stars if possible. Rude and inconsiderate office staff and incompetent dr. Horrible! I saw him 3 times before I stopped going, I was misdiagnosed twice, the one time I wasnt was a chronic condition that I knew what was going on

Unprofessional, ignorant doctor and staff. They are mostly concerned with what they charge you than with providibg you with good health care. Dont go there if you dont want to be misdiagnosed and send for useless and expensive tests.

Very good practice! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly & helpful. Dr. Rinku Mukharjee is lovely & has a proactive approach to medicine. Overall, this is a terrific Primary Care Physician in Frederick, MD.

The receptionist is rude as f*$k. Ignorant and the most unhappy attitude. The doctor was incredibly nice and knowledgeable though.
