If you are looking for the best veterinarian Baltimore has to offer look no further. The Old Court Animal Hospital cannot be beat starting as you walk in the door with the friendly, caring and courteous staff. Dr. D is a very attentive, caring, loving and knowledgeable vet. She takes the time to understand the concern and issues of the patient. We have five (5) babies (cats) that are our life and would not trust their care and well-being to anyone else. Dr. D not only gives 150% attention to her patient but the owner as well ensuring you understand the diagnosis, what medications along with how they should be given and any follow-up’s that may be needed to ensure a full recovery. There is absolutely no one else we would let take care of our babies whether for regular checkups or in time of need. Kudos to all at Old Court Animal Hospital we greatly appreciate you and the great service you provide. We are new to the area and when our cat became ill we called for advice which was very helpful. We made an appointment for the next day. From the time we walked into the office the compassionate was overwhelming from all the staff. We saw Dr. de Leon and fell in love! She was very thorough, caring, loving and explained everything in great detail. We have five cats, which allow us to live with them and pamper them like royalty, and our baby boy was definitely given royal treatment by everyone at the clinic! Thanks to all the great folks. This is where I will take my cats for all their needs, its the best!

I first started taking my Old English Sheepdog there after having months of "issues" at another vet. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Cujdik and was impressed with the care and patience he had with me and my puppy. Dr. Cujdik took the time to read through my puppys charts/records and point out some conflicting info in his chart and the concerns he had with them. He explained the costs of all tests and appointments prior to me agreeing to do some tests in house. After the tests were all done and the results were in, he asked me to bring my puppy back for observation and it turns out he was completely healthy but had anxiety that was causing the issues. He gave me tips on how to train him and it corrected the problem. Ive been able to get an appointment for the same day if needed and the staff is always friendly. Ive found their prices have been very reasonable and they arent just trying to rack up your bill, they really want what is best for your pets. Old Court Animal Hospital has been my vet now for a year and Im so glad I found them!

Not long after we moved to Baltimore, a different vet, after a digital exam (!), diagnosed our dog with cancer of the anal gland and recommended immediate surgery. We sought a second opinion at Old Court Animal Hospital. Dr. Cujdik was initially skeptical regarding this diagnosis, but asked us to bring our dog back in a month for further tests. Dr. Cujdik was right. Our dog tested negative for cancer. However, he did have an infection in the gland and when this was treated, the 11-year-old mutt was rejuvenated and started acting almost like a puppy. We were impressed with Dr. Cujdics skill, his thoughtful and careful approach, and his "bedside manner" with both our dog and with us. Everyone else we have met at Old Court has been great to us and to our dog, and in our experience, the office runs efficiently and pretty much on schedule. Weve had a fair amount of experience with vets, and Old Court is one of the best weve encountered.

We cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. D and her entire staff! We used to bring our Dobermans many years ago, both have since passed, but now bring our recent rescue Chance to the clinic for every necessity. No matter if its a health issue or something simple like a nail trim (which isnt always so simple), youll never meet a more compassionate, caring group of individuals. Anytime I call with a concern about one of our dogs, Dr. D immediately gets on the phone with me to ask a million questions. Shes an incredible diagnostician, and will usually try to help over the phone so a visit isnt always warranted. The entire staff is extremely professional and always empathetic to your needs. They even helped us find a fantastic dog sitter while we were on vacation. We highly recommend Old Court Animal Hospital to any pet owner! Robyn & Danny Riter

We taken our dog and cats to Old Court Animal for 30 years. Although we have worked with different vets, we are still so pleased with the quality of care of the doctors and staff. Dr. De Leon helped us through the health, illness and death of our old cat and she now cares for our 2 year olds. We even took in our neighborhood stray cat and De Leon was able to hold her and give her shots. We can always talk directly to the doctor on the phone, if we have a problem. The staff relays messages clearly and they treat our pets as if they were their own. The vets are knowledgeable and good listeners. They always tell us what our options are, no matter what the issue with our pets. Easy parking and the office is never crazy. This is a great place to bring your pets. You can be assured of good care.

I have two cats and they both are so relaxed when I take them to old court and never had an issue. My one cat would hiss constantly when I took her to other places for care they would suggest sedation and unknowinlgy I allowed that. when I took her to Old Court I warned them that she would need to be sedated or else they would not be able to exam her and they said well let us take a look first and try. This cat was so meek and mild and comfortable and even allowed the tech to hand carry her in her arms in the back room without a sound. No scratching, no hissing and more importantly, No sedation required and i was shocked and didnt think it was ever possible. Im like is this my cat? Well, I will never take my cats elsewhere and I think they genuinely care about animals.

I have been going to Old Court Animal Hospital when Dr. Berman still owned the practice and then sold it to Dr. DeLeon. Dr. DeLeon took the time to explain in detail the condition of my beloved Jello, when he was critically ill. Jessica came to my home when Jello hid under the bed during this difficult time and he required medication. After Jello passed, the staff opened their arms to me and provided much needed support. After I got a new kitten, the staff shared my joy. Dr. DeLeon treated the new kitten with such tenderness and love. Ive continued using Dr. DeLeon as Dillys vet. and am very pleased with the care Dilly has received.

Dr. D is the best bet around in the Baltimore area by far. I first met her now more than 6 years ago. She actually got down on the floor with my Yorkie and spoon fed him. And I thought she couldnt top that but she did. When my precious Yorkie passed 3 years ago she was there on her day off. She held my hand. She cried worth me and laughed with me and she swaddled my baby with such care and love like he was her own. Im so sad that Im moving away that Ill have to figure out how to take a yearly road trip back to MD so she can treat my 4 GSDs. Shes honest and cares for your pet just as she does hers! - A very blessed fur baby owner
