I had recently purchased a kitten from the local pet store and at that time they had told me that she was gonna be needing her second set of shots.They also stated that she was treated at this place and that I should call them since she was seen there.When I called a lady answered and asked me if I could hold.After waiting for almost 15 minutes she got back to me and i than proceed to ask her what their charges were for an office visit that i had a kitten i had purchased and was in need of its second set of shots.She spoke to me of the charges and after all was said she comes out and says "well we arent taken new patients right now". Well I than told her where I had purchased the animal and that I was instructed by the shop to contact them seeing she was already seen there. Which would mean she was already a patient.Again she put me on hold.... only to come back and say no we arent taking no new patients. Now that would normally be fine... But one would think if they werent taking new patients why wouldnt that be the first thing that was said on there automated machine when you first call so that you wouldnt have to wait 15 minutes on hold .. and then have a woman EXPLAIN the fees to tell you they arent taking new patients. Im very disappointed....

People rarely take the time to recognize good service. Most reviews are from chronic whiners that are never satisfied, and seem to have all the time in the world! Anyway, we have a pet micro mini pig named Puck. He isnt so "micro" at 120 LB, but we love him and he lives in our home with our two dogs and 7 cats. Yorkshire is always very accommodating and patient with us when we leave him there for boarding a few times a year. Even though they dont regularly see those types of pets, we appreciate it very much! Puck seems very happy when we come to get him, and the people love him.

Called and made an appointment ahead of time and was told to come in another to create a file sine I wouldnt be able to do so the day I dropped off my dog. I was poorly treated with rudeness and wasnt helped by a woman at the front desk with a strong European ascent. I noticed no one else was treated in such manner but they also didnt look like me

Terrible customer service. Worker on the phone was rude, insulting, and more interested in getting me off the phone than providing service. If thats any indication of how they treat pets, Im glad Im switching to another vet. I can see why the repuatation of this vet has dropped in recent years.

I was very disappointed!! For the money I spent on my dogs yeast infection I thought at least the dr could have cleaned his ears! At the very least!! I will not come back! There are vets out there that care about their customers and my dogs are very important to us!!

Love Dr. Nelson! She is so good with our animals. Was very helpful when I had to put my elderly dog to sleep earlier in the year. Highly recommend. :)

Dr Cindy and staff are the best....had some issues with my dog..they called me a week after her visit to see how she is doing. ..that means alot!
