Dr. O and her staff are one of a kind. I had x-rays done on my 7 month old puppy who was limping. The radiologist requested that he get additional x-rays sedated. Dr. Os team fit me in immediately. They even burned his x-rays to a CD and provided them to me at no cost to bring to the orthopedic surgeons appointment. Did I mention, that the vet tech absolutely adores animals. Every time that I go in, she pets and loves on him. Hes drooled, shed, and slobbered on her so much yet shell continue to comfort and pet him. They also make a point to follow up with you the day after each appointment to make sure that everything is going well. Dr. O went above and beyond with dealing with my pet insurance. We had to go back and forth numerous times with regards to his claim. She personally called and spoke with the auditor and helped me work through the entire appeal process. I truly believe most veterinarians would NOT take the time out of their day to do something like this. I am sincerely happy that I found this vet. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for someone that truly cares about the health of your dog.

This vet is one of the WORST I have ever been to! We waited forever, both in the waiting area and in the room. Once someone (vet tech) did come in, she had no idea how to even handle a cat. He was terrified and she kept dropping him and chasing him all over the room. When she left to get the vet she turned on a promotional video to watch. I shut it off...it was soo loud- not a good environment for a terrified kitty. The kicker is when both the vet and the tech came back into the room. The tech wrapped my cat in a towel and pinned him down so the vet could examine him. At one point she literally started choking my cat. The vet had to stop what she was doing and tell the tech to not choke my cat. I was horrified! I will never go back. I dont know if it was just that one clueless tech or the whole place, but they need to be responsible for who they hire, even if it is an intern!!

I brought my cat Gracie here for an exam to be spayed. I was told by a previous vet that she had a heart murmur and that spaying her would be tricky. When I brought her in they did the exam. They confirmed she had a heart murmur but after examining our options the vet said she felt comfortable doing the spay. The day I dropped her off I was a mess and the vet tech Lakeria (sp.) Assured me that Gracie would be OK and she would take care of her. When I came to pick her up they were very attentive to my needs and explained what I needed to do at home to make sure Gracie had a successful recovery. Being such a tricky operation Im glad I brought her here. This was a positive experience for me. Given Gracie is a part of our family. I plan to come here for all of our pet needs. This was only the 2nd time we had been to Paw Prints. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs. Today our sweet lab mix Jazzy Girl came for an ear issue. I could not be there so my husband went alone. Of course he called me 10 times for simple info about Jazzy and this simple visit totaled almost $300.00 . Instead of getting a 3 year rabies shot, she got a 1 year shot and a return date of 1 year. At that time she will get a 3 year shot. Why not just get the 3 yr. shot today and come back in 3 years? Why pay $25.00 now for a 1yr and pay another $25.00 in a year for another? All in all the pricing was expensive. Our other 5 animals will not be seen there.. Their prices have gone up a lot in the past 2 years.

There are no words to describe the care and compassion that is given by Dr. Ogunyemi and Ramona. Dr. O even opened her office to see my cat, Bella, on a Sunday. She had been treating out dog KC, for a couple of years, who was mis-diagnosed by several other vets in the area- after she completed the lab work we finally had a diagnosis of diabetes. She treated her diabetes with proper diet and insulin and it gave us more time with KC,we recently had to put her down due to her age and the complications the disease already had taken on her organs. I will recommend Dr. O and her staff to everyone.

Morgan State Cheer

Our dog is a rescue with anxiety disorder. She loves it here! Weve had her for two years and we come here regularly for boarding and medical attention. When she sees the tech, she lights up and her tail goes wild! I stay in the room with her for her check-ups and shots and they handle her gently and professionally. We will continue bringing her here. Paw Prints handles her with tender, loving care.

I will never return with any of my pets to this location. The staff is friendly but after a routine visit with my adult cat, I had to get a more than one opinion on my cats illness because after visiting paw prints my cats condition got worse. I finally went to Eastern Animal, while they are pricier than paw prints, theyre a much better vets office.

Love this place very good on educating on what my puppy needs and the exam was vert thorough. My job requires me to travel and taking him to a strange vet worried me, but he was great with him. The staff is kind and very wonderful also.

I absolutely love Dr. Ogunyemi and Ramona (I believe the name of the vet tech/receptionist) are so wonderful. My kitty, Buzz, loves going there and recovered quickly and fully from his neuter. I would never take him anywhere else!

Great vet and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have late hours that really make it convenient for those working between 8 AM and 5 PM. It takes the stress out of being able to get your pet to the vet.

I love this vet office I not only take my dog hear I also leave him to be boarded. My dog is not the easiest... he is hyper and nervous! They are patient and kind people and I highly recommend!
