They mishandled my labs and asked me to retake them without explaining to me why. I later found out it was because they sent the labs to the wrong lab. Imagine my suprise when days later I am called with results! Wait you told me I needed to retake these labs. Actually just some of them, I am told. Confidence totally lost. Now I dont think I need to explain the extra effort that was required to ensure I was billed properly. However when I called to pay a $150 bill which I was not happy about to begin with given the debacle of the situation that produced it. I requested the reciept to be mailed, I never recieved it. I called them today to ask about the reciept, no apology, no I dont know what happened, straight to do you access your patient portal?! This is what prompted me to write this review, not something I tyically do. However if you expect clear consistent communication this is not the doctors office for you. If you expect people to understand customer service this is not the doctors office for you.

Highly recommend this practice. They are courteous, professional and efficient. Furthermore, my experiences thus far with the doctors and PAs has been top notch. They really are quite thorough with lab work and trouble shooting, and listen to your unique challenges. PA Koch, in particular, has been very helpful as a coach and health mentor.

Ive been going to this practice for a few years now. The staff is always nice. The area looks clean. And whenever I have a question the answer asap. If I need an appt they are available the day of. I hope they stay that way
