I have been going to this doctors office since 2000. I have been to many doctors offices the throughout my lifetime. I have moved more times then I care to admit but, since moving to Silver Spring in 1999, I have never been to a more caring doctors office. I know i am a frustrating case because it did take 10 years to finally find what was wrong. They actually found a specialist that could see me on an emergency basis when my body basically gave out on me. They have been there for me every step of the way that this condition causes and have been kind, competent, and truly took time to help me find the right specialist and the right course of treatment to make this very rare, and hard to manage, condition tolerable. I have never had the same doctors office this long and I kept all the same specialist recommend to me. They have all worked together to seamlessly make my life livable. I would not still be here if it wasnt for the hard work and dedication of the staff and doctors at this practice. I have recommended this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor. I have also moved 4 times since starting with them and my decision to buy my house in the area I did was in part to the traffic patterns to get to this office easily. Everyone working there deserves to know how great they truly are. THANK YOU.

The experience here is quite awful. They run their office like an old business, similar to the sales gimmicks of a chiropractic office. For example, I went in for my annual physical and preventive visit. They told me they were not aware prior to me showing despite my 1 email and 2 phone calls prior to confirm. They asked me to come in several times for blood work and for additional unwarranted appointments. Dr. Justin Brown is quite terrible. It was clear that I made him uncomfortable with my questions. Specifically, I asked about the costs of services and rationale for requesting a fully healthy 30 year old to come in every other month. I called in to cancel an appointment and they do not have their answering service set up for the weekend. Very convenient considering they charge a $50 missed appointment fee. They have no issues trying to swindle you for your money and time. As a medical professional, its extremely disappointing that places like this office exist in 2017. They WILL take advantage of you and your loved one. Stay away or youll be writing a review just like this one.

Body Rejuvenations

I love this office, the manager, physicians, especially the nurses are friendly and professional, always helpful and eager to solve my issues. I love the fact that I can call and get my prescriptions done the same day, get to be seen by anyone the same day if my primary physician is not available and they are open 5 days a week. The young lady that does the prior authorizations for prescriptions is AMAZING, she always get my medications approved and fight for me with the insurance companies, I believe her name is Tina she is a life saver. I have my own business in Laurel, MD and do not mind traveling to this office because of the AWESOME service I receive. Thank you Associates In Family Practice for still being about healthcare and not changing for the industry!!

Experience was terrible. I was fasting for the day to do blood work. I had called that I was going be late because there was a tunderstorm/tornado warning.They said "ok" . Once I got to the office 15 minutes late all drenched from the rain they were like youre late, the lady told me to come tomorrow. I wish they told me when I called . I was coming from Rockville.

I do not recommend this place, take so long to make the appointment, service is really bad and they ask for extra fees that need to be paid for. If you have the chance please search for another option. No problem with doctors; service and administration are terrible!!

Ive been going to this doctors office for about 2 years or so. Staff is very professional, friendly, customer service is very good also. In my experiences Ive never spent more than an hour in this office. Great doctors office!
