I have been going to Dr. Lugo-Eschenwald at FMAA for a year now as my family practice doctor. She has a phenomenal, empathetic bedside manner; I never feel rushed, she asks lots of questions, and makes me an active participant in decisions about my care. She also is a NaPro Technology medical consultant, so she provided successful progesterone support of pregnancy when I was at risk for miscarriage and pre-term labor. Now that my baby is born, we go to FMAA for all his pediatric appointments. We see the nurse practitioners and have been very satisfied. I love the morning walk-in hours for established patients for those not-quite-an-emergency issues and the fact that they can do labs in-office.

The Doctor told me to come in for bloodwork on Sat and that they were open 9-1. I double checked by calling first and the voicemail said the same. I showed up and there were 2 other people waiting outside the building. The building was locked and no one was picking up the phone. On top of that, one of the men specifically had an appointment for 10am. We waited because I did not want to get charged a 25 parking fee. Even though they scheduled an appointment for 10am no one was there at 10am. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior from a physicians office.

Fantastic doctors & staff; they take the time to truly understand patients and put them at ease. The doctors do a great job giving you their rationale, and explaining their diagnosis and any treatment given. After being very impressed on a few visits for our baby, we made this our family practice & they always do a great job.

Just tried to make an appointment and the receptionists could not even get my name right. She could not understand my English, I even spelled my name but she ended up calling my Romero (My name is Roland). I read the reviews and decide Ill try somewhere else. If it this hard marking appointment whats next?

Called to make an appointment, but they were so rude over the phone, I decided to go somewhere else. Luckily there are plenty of options in the area. First impressions is what matters to me.

If you want doctors that really care about you, look no further. Free parking and located right next to the Hilton in Seminary Road.
