I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They explained everything in detail. Ive gone to other eye places but Sterling Optical has been the one Ive stuck with. They compared what my cost would be with usung my insurance and with using their discount. Even when I went back a month later to get a spare pair they gave me a good discount. If I need to have the fit of my glasses adjusted I can just walk in and get it done without having to wait. They had told me it could take up to 2 weeks for my glasses to come in but they were thers within a week. The frames I had originally picked out broke when they were putting the lenses in and it was going to take an additional 2 weeks to get new frames so they gave me a different frame to use in the meantime which I ended up liking better.

I have to say this was the MOST professional vision place Ive been to. The exam was complete and they even helped me pick out glasses that fit and looked good on me! VERY happy with the exam, service and price - Professional!

Very professional staff-took time to really explain the changes in my vision. Over the years I have been to several eye doctors - this office stands out. The staff was helpful in frame selection as well.

these guys suck!! they totally botched an insurance claim, three months later, I am still out of $579, and they refuse to do anything about it when it was clearly their fault.....BEWARE!
