While Galatis is not the most friendly person - a bit terse in fact - she does try to get the job done. Sadly, she cant. It took her 3 MONTHS to get me glasses and contacts. Its like it was her first time doing this. Very odd. Also, her office is a mess and she overlapped my visit with another person, which I thought was plain old bad business practice. A sloppy office should have been a dead giveaway that she does everything sloppy. Never should a person have to wait 3 MONTHS for contacts or glasses. What a joke.

Dr. CJ was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. She quickly discovered that I had been wearing a prescription much too strong for me, got me set up with one that is perfect for everyday wear. I cant wait for my new glasses with the frames she helped me pick out. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Dr Galatis for almost 20 years, since I was 10 years old. She is great. Although, now it would be easier to just go to a larger company or chain, Dr Galatis is quiet knowledgeable, knows me well and is easy to talk to about my questions or concerns.
