Upon returning from vacation I called the office complaining of an issue with my eyes and asking to get an appointment in the next day or two. Although there were no openings, once the receptionist asked me some details about the issue she recognized that this could be a serious problem and told me that I should not wait and should be examined immediately. She told me that I could come in an hour to see Dr Vitale. Although it was a very busy day, Dr Vitale took the time to perform numerous tests and to give me a full examination. He explained what was causing the problem and what my options were. I am very grateful to Dr Vitale and his wonderful staff for their prompt response in this matter. Theyre the best!!!

They were a bit behind schedule as weve had a ton of snowstorms in the last few weeks which has caused a backlog of appointments, but they were very nice, I was spoken to a few times even though I was just waiting, so I knew I wasnt forgotten and once I did see the doctor is was very quick. The eyeglass picking out process was easy and painless and the woman helping me (Im sorry to say I didnt catch her name) went out of her way to make sure I was getting everything my insurance would cover without costing me any money. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Dr. Vitales practice to anyone who asked.

This was my first visit to Dr. Vitale and had a great experience and highly recommend getting your exams done here. The office is very friendly and efficient. I had more explained to me about my eyes and the condition they were in than I have ever had (I have been wearing glass for about 30 years) Just explaining things was a big plus. While the selection of frames was not as large as most places, I was not disappointed and found something to my liking. Looking forward to picking up the new glasses, and my next exam (in a year!)

As usual - everyone was very accommodating. I stopped in with no appointment to get my regular glasses readjusted which Jamie did with no waiting. I then asked about my insurance coverage pertaining to new glass frame and lenses. They looked up the insurance coverage and determined that I was indeed eligible for new frames and lenses. Once again - with no appointment - they fitted me for new sport glasses! I appreciate the service and time taken out of their schedule to help me.

Dr. Vitale is a great optometrist and is staff is very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Dr. Vitale has been my optometrist for many years and I would highly recommend him. He is also very involved in his community and is a member of the Lions Club.
