We spent $700+ for the doctors to tell us our cat was fine and just had a little cold from an infection in her mouth due to teeth needing to be pulled. We could not pull the teeth until the infection and cold went down so she needed to be put on antibiotics. Just ten days after our visit here, we decided to go elsewhere because she wasnt getting any better on any antibiotics given even after spending all that money. Right on the spot just by looking in my cats mouth with no other information the other vet told us it was cancer and in fact had nothing to do with her teeth. If we had stayed at fall river animal hospital we would have spent another $600+ to get her teeth pulled just for her to continue being sick because it wasnt even her teeth causing the problem. The vet at this other clinic did not need your diagnostics to diagnosis my cat as to what you replied to my brother. They simply looked in her mouth, saw the growth in her mouth which they said was NOT an abscess per what you told us it was, and that by the purplish color and lumpy structure that it was most likely cancer. JUST BY LOOKING AT IT. We then decided to biopsy it and found out it was melignant. They did not need the diagnostics of the blood tests you took to tell us this. We could have saved ourselves almost a thousand dollars if we had just gone to this other place to begin with. My cat went from "being fine and just having a little cold" as to what you told me TWICE during two different visits, to now being put to sleep just TEN DAYS after seeing you guys. So thank you for the misinformation.

My mom took her cat here, he had not eaten in a few days, he was vomiting and losing weight, they claim they took an x-ray and did not see anything, they sent her home with hairball medication?? Even someone not in the field would realize that something besides hairballs was the cause. A week later after losing more weight and not eating anything we took him back and they took another x-ray and told us the horrifying news that he had cancer in his intestine, was in alot of pain and had to be put to sleep. The first girl that took a look at him was obviously not qualified and is not fit to diagnose your animal. I notice they have alot of exchange students who are not qualified and should not be seeing patients without supervision. Do not go here, take your loved pet somewhere else.

I have been coming to this vet for years, and I have no complaints. They saved my cat years ago from a stroke. The staff here is amazing and kind. Everyone is very helpful and understanding. When my dog (bella c.) went in for surgery they sat me down and explained everything thoroughly, even giving me a number to call in case they were closed and I needed to speak to a doctor asap. Nothing but good things here.

Ive had some OK experiences at FRAH. Ive seen some good vets there. However, when you get the not so good vets it is costing you your pets health. Many problems my cat had were completely ignored and only came to light when I brought him elsewhere.

I brought my newly adopted dog here, and Dr. Gonzalez was amazing with him! Everyone was very friendly, asked me important questions, and gave lots of good suggestions to a new dog owner. Will certainly be continuing with my pet care here!

They were polite and helpful considering this is my boyfriend and myselfs first puppy, they were great and I think our puppy Oscar was happy to... great staff they are our new vet thats for sure!!! Definitely recommend by us :)

My 2 fur babies were treated well. Upon a rregular check up they found an ear Iinfection in my daschund. One I was not aware of. After giving her the ear drops she was a new dog! Thank you Fall River Animal Hospital! !

Money hungry lying scammers. Went to another vet an they knew what was wrong with my pet on the spot and was even told that all this vet was doing was beating around the bush for extra money.
