Not the warm, welcoming veterinarians office that we are used to. We just moved to the area, and on our initial visit, our vet asked the basic questions about our puppy, but didnt go into much more about the overall well being of the dog, stages of training, milestones, etc. Things were worse on day 2 when we went to pick up the puppys medicine. Only after about 5 minutes of standing in front of the counter did a receptionist finally address my presence. After that, there was no interest at all to answer any of my questions or concerns about dosage and possible side effects. Lastly, she pushed back after I asked her to fill out our pet insurance claim form and didnt want to fill it out. After she did finally fill it out, she refused to fax it for me (which is what Ive seen is the standard). We wont be back here, and I just cancelled our next appointment with them. This is too bad because this was a pretty quick drive from our house and I was hoping for a difference experience.

Awesome vet! Im tired of vets that take you for every dime, make you feel cheap if you ask pricing, and are generally not conscious that normal people live on a budget. I had heard good things about Mt. Hope Animal Hospital, so I tried them twice, once with my dog and and once with an injured chicken (yes, a chicken). The office staff is friendly and seems to genuinely care about your pet. The vet was down to Earth yet very knowledgeable, and answered questions happily. What I am happiest about is that they are very reasonably priced and FAIR! This is what animal health care should be - good people, great care, fair pricing. I found my vet!

The vets are nice people who truly care about animals. I love it here because theyre not just in it for the money, and unlike other places Ive been to, they understand that not everyone who owns a pet is rich and can afford x-rays, 6 million tests, etc. Theyll actually work with you and try their best to just give you the absolute necessary tests to fix your pets problem. Also, their vet fee is cheaper than other places, and the meds are really cheap too. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly, great staff. When you walk in the whole back wall is full of pet pictures sent from their owners. They are not too pricy and a great place to take your animals. Im from Texas and use to live on a farm so a good vet is important. My wife and I have two dogs and this will be their only vet for as long as Im on the island.

Live down the road so when we got a new puppy it was our first choice. And we are so happy! This is a great place. Staff is wonderful and nice and they seem to really care about the animals and their owners. We have been going there for a year now and I am never disappointed. Everything I expected a vet to be and more.

Honestly this place is a lifesaver! As a military family we dont always have a lot of notice before things happen. Today was one of those days! Last thing we needed was to not be able to travel with our pet( furbaby❤️). I called and they gave us a same day Thank you so very much !! appointment.

Great veterinarians and friendly staff except for one particular tech...youll know her by her complete lack of manners lack of interpersonal skills..general rude ignorant remarks to families...would give 4/5 stars if it wasnt for her horrible customer service and insensitivity to pet parents...

Terrible experience. They were rude and Unprofessional. Charged me for shots that they never gave my dog. If your a pitbull owner Id refer you to New England Animal Hospital!!! Best place you could go to.

The staff were there for me when Penny my beagle started going down hill. 2 years later and a lot of visits, they felt like family. When I had to, put Penny down, they were there for me like family.

Most of the front desk staff is friendly, Dr. Bert and Dr. LaClaire are the best! Prices are better than most of the other local vets, a discount on services if you have more than one pet!
